Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane proinnowacyjne usługi doradcze na rzecz wnioskodawcy przez Prometeia Capital sp. z o.o., wspierające wdrożenie innowacji produktowej, marketingowej oraz organizacyjnej. Wybór wykonawcy dokonany został poprzez postępowanie prowadzone w trybie porównania ofert z zachowaniem zasady konkurencyjności. Zakres usług doradczych obejmował będzie szczegółową analizę potrzeb biznesowych oraz możliwości wdrożenia innowacji przez wnioskodawcę w postaci hybrydowego czujnika stanowiącego element inteligentnego systemu nawigacji i lokalizacji wewnątrz budynków oraz doradztwo we wdrożeniu. Zakres rzeczowy usług w postaci odpowiednich komponentów z jakich skorzysta Wnioskodawca wynika ze specyfiki inwestycji; czyli przygotowania oraz wdrożenia czujnika hybrydowego, który składał się będzie w układu nadawczo-odbiorczego, mikroprocesorowego, zasilania oraz anten, oraz braku potencjału kadrowego oraz finansowego. Dzięki skorzystaniu w usług proinnowacyjnych w ramach projektu Wnioskodawca zapewni sobie profesjonalne i optymalne wsparcie do realizacji wdrożenia. Zamontowane w przestrzeni budynku czujniki tworzyć będą system umożliwiający określenie pozycji człowieka w zamkniętych pomieszczeniach z niespotykaną precyzją. Działanie systemu opierać się będzie w głównej mierze na sygnałach Bluetooth 4.0 LowEnergy zgodnie ze standardem Beacon. Jednocześnie system będzie ustalał pozycję wykorzystując liczne źródła sygnału WiFi. Innowacyjny system lokalizacji będzie również wykorzystywał technologię tomografii radiowej (eng. Radio Tomographic Imaging (RTI)). Wnioskodawca jednocześnie z innowacją produktową wdroży innowacją marketingową, związaną z designem obudowy czujnika oraz organizacyjną, w postaci ticketowego systemu zgłaszania błędów. The selection of the contractor was made through the procedure conducted by comparing tenders with respect to the principle of competitiveness. The scope of advisory services will include a detailed analysis of business needs and opportunities for the applicant to implement innovation in the form of a hybrid sensor as part of an intelligent indoor navigation and location system, and implementation advice. The material scope of the services in the form of the relevant components used by the applicant results from the specific nature of the investment; that is, the preparation and implementation of a hybrid sensor, which will consist of a transmission-received system, a microprocessor, power supply and antennas, and a lack of human and financial potential. Thanks to the use of pro-innovative services within the project, the Applicant will provide professional and optimal support for implementation. Sensors installed in the space of the building will create a system that allows to determine the position of a person in enclosed spaces with unprecedented precision. The system will be based mainly on Bluetooth 4.0 LowEnergy signals according to the Beacon standard. At the same time, the system will determine the position using multiple sources of WiFi signal. The innovative localisation system will also use radio tomography technology (eng. Radio Tomographic Imaging (RTI) At the same time, the applicant will implement a marketing innovation related to the design of the sensor housing and organizational innovation, in the form of a ticket error reporting system. Reference_Aid_programme: SA.42799(2015/X), purpose_public_aid: Article 28 du règlement no 651/2014 de la Commission Le projet fournira des services de conseil pro-innovants à la requérante par Prometeia Capital sp. z o.o., en soutenant la mise en œuvre de l’innovation en matière de produits, de commercialisation et d’organisation. La sélection du contractant a été effectuée au moyen d’une procédure de comparaison concurrentielle. Le champ d’application des services de conseil comprendra une analyse détaillée des besoins de l’entreprise et la possibilité pour le demandeur de mettre en œuvre une innovation sous la forme d’un capteur hybride dans le cadre d’un système intelligent de navigation et de localisation à l’intérieur des bâtiments, ainsi que des conseils sur la mise en œuvre. La portée matérielle des services sous la forme d’éléments appropriés à utiliser par la requérante est due à la nature spécifique de l’investissement; C’est-à-dire la préparation et la mise en œuvre d’un capteur hybride, qui sera composé du système de transmission et de réception, du microprocesseur, de l’alimentation et des antennes, et du manque de ressources humaines et de capacités financières. Grâce à l’utilisation de services pro-innovation dans le cadre du projet, la requérante s’apportera un soutien professionnel et optimal pour la mise en œuvre de la mise en œuvre. Les capteurs installés dans l’espace du bâtiment créeront un système qui vous permet de déterminer la position d’une personne dans des chambres fermées avec une précision sans précédent. Le fonctionnement du système sera principalement basé sur les signaux Bluetooth 4.0 basse énergie selon la norme Beacon.
