„Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014; pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.”Projekt dotyczy uzyskania międzynarodowej ochrony patentowej w trybie międzynarodowym PCT oraz w trybie Konwencji o udzielaniu patentów europejskich (tzw. Konwencji monachijskiej) na krajowe zgłoszenie patentowego nr P.415221 dotyczącego rozwiązań z zakresu energooszczędnego budownictwa. Projekt zakłada, że w ramach procedury PCT zostanie przeprowadzona Faza Międzynarodowa dla 37 sygnatariuszy Konwencji Monachijskiej oraz Faza Krajowa dla 5 wybranych państw. Po uzyskaniu decyzji Europejskiego Urzędu Patentowego o udzieleniu patentu europejskiego nastąpi walidacja (potwierdzenie ważności) patentu europejskiego we wszystkich 37 krajach-stronach Konwencji Monachijskiej (spośród 38) (w tej grupie znajdą wszystkie państwa Unii Europejskiej). Natomiast rozpoczęcie Fazy Krajowej PCT nastąpi w 5 następujących państwach: USA, Kanadzie, Japonii, Rosji i Australii. Rozwiązanie będące przedmiotem planowanej ochrony międzynarodowej jest wynikiem wdrożenia prac badawczo-rozwojowych w działalności przedsiębiorstwa. (Polish)

‘Aid programme reference number: SA.42799(2015/X), intended for public aid: Article 28 of Commission Regulation No 651/2014; help_de_minimis: §42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for the Development of Enterprise under the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020. The Munich Convention) for the National Patent Application No P.415221 on energy-efficient building solutions. The project assumes that the International Phase for 37 signatories to the Munich Convention and the National Phase for 5 selected countries will be carried out under the PCT procedure. Once the European Patent Office has decided to grant a European patent, the European Patent will be validated (confirmation of validity) of the European patent in all 37 countries of the Munich Convention (out of 38) (this group will include all European Union countries). On the other hand, the start of the PCT National Phase will take place in the following 5 countries: USA, Canada, Japan, Russia and Australia. The proposed international protection solution is the result of the implementation of R & D in the company’s activities. (English)

La convention de Munich) pour la demande nationale de brevet no P.415221 concernant des solutions de construction économes en énergie. Le projet suppose que, dans le cadre de la procédure du PCT, la phase internationale sera réalisée pour 37 signataires de la Convention de Munich et la phase nationale pour cinq pays sélectionnés. Une fois que la décision de l’Office européen des brevets de délivrer un brevet européen aura été obtenue, le brevet européen sera validé (validé) dans les 37 pays parties à la Convention de Munich (sur 38) (dans ce groupe tous les pays de l’Union européenne trouveront). D’autre part, la phase nationale du PCT débutera dans les cinq pays suivants: États-Unis, Canada, Japon, Russie et Australie. La solution soumise à la protection internationale prévue est le résultat de la mise en œuvre de la recherche et du développement dans les activités de l’entreprise. (French)
