Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie na rynek znacząco ulepszonego produktu, jakim jest inteligentna linia technol. do produkcji soków i koncentratów i-SiK, która jest wynikiem prac B+R przeprowadzonych przez Wnioskodawcę samodzielnie oraz na jego zlecenie. Wyniki prac B+R objęte zostały zgłoszeniami patentowymi nr P.413104 oraz nr P.414118. Znacząco udoskonalony produkt jest innowacją w skali świata. Główne elementy innowacyjności to rozwiązania techniczne oraz technologiczne umożliwiające automatyzację i optymalizację produkcji, zmniejszenie kosztów utrzymania, a także eksploatacji urządzeń linii, zużycia energii oraz prowadzenie bezpiecznej dla środowiska gospodarki wodno-ściekowej. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu, pozwoli na rozpoczęcie produkcji i-SiK w oparciu o własną technologię. Odbiorcami innowacyjnego produktu będą przedsiębiorstwa zarówno polskie jak i zagraniczne, głównie producenci soków owocowych i koncentratów. i-SiK wykorzystywana będzie przez producentów sektora przemysłu spożywczego do otrzymywania soku zarówno z twardych jak i miękkich owoców i warzyw. i-SiK odpowiada na zidentyfikowane potrzeby grupy docelowej, wypełnia istotną niszę rynkową oraz pozwala Wnioskodawcy zbudować przewagę konkurencyjną. Niniejszy projekt dotyczy inwestycji początkowej zgodnie z rozporządzeniem KE (UE) 651/2014, a dokładnie inwestycji w rzeczowe aktywa trwałe lub wartości niematerialne i prawne związane z dywersyfikacją produkcji zakładu poprzez wprowadzenie produktów uprzednio nieprodukowanych w zakładzie. W ramach projektu planowana jest budowa nowej hali produkcyjnej oraz dokonanie zakupów nowych środków trwałych, umożliwiających rozpoczęcie produkcji innowacyjnego produktu. Realizacja projektu ma pozytywny wpływ na realizację zasad horyzontalnych Unii Europejskiej wymienionych w art. 7 i 8 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 1303/2013 oraz wpisuje się w KIS. The subject of the project is the implementation on the market of a significantly improved product, which is the intelligent line of technol. for the production of i-sik juices and concentrates, which is the result of R & D works carried out by the Applicant himself and on his behalf. The results of R & D work were covered by patent applications P.413104 and P.414118. A significantly improved product is an innovation in the world. The main elements of innovation are technical and technological solutions enabling automation and optimisation of production, reduction of maintenance costs, as well as operation of line equipment, energy consumption and environmentally sound water and sewage management. The implementation of this project will allow the start of i-sik production based on its own technology. The recipients of the innovative product will be Polish and foreign companies, mainly producers of fruit juices and concentrates. i-sik will be used by food industry producers to receive juice from both hard and soft fruits and vegetables. i-sik meets the identified needs of the target group, fulfils an important market niche and allows the Applicant to build a competitive advantage. This project concerns initial investment in accordance with EC Regulation (EU) 651/2014, namely investments in tangible fixed or intangible assets related to diversification of the plant’s production through the introduction of products not previously produced in the plant. The project plans to build a new production hall and purchase new fixed assets, enabling the start of production of an innovative product. The implementation of the project has a positive impact on the implementation of the horizontal rules of the European Union listed in Articles 7 and 8 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council and is part of the NIS. Le projet a pour objet la mise en œuvre sur le marché d’un produit considérablement amélioré, qui est une ligne technologique intelligente pour la production de jus et de concentrés i-sik, qui est le résultat d’un travail de R & D effectué par la requérante seule et à sa demande. Les résultats des travaux de R & D ont été couverts par les demandes de brevet P.413104 et P.414118. Un produit considérablement amélioré est une innovation dans le monde. Les principaux éléments de l’innovation sont les solutions techniques et technologiques permettant l’automatisation et l’optimisation de la production, la réduction des coûts d’entretien, l’exploitation des équipements de ligne, la consommation d’énergie et la gestion de l’eau et des eaux usées respectueuses de l’environnement. La mise en œuvre de ce projet permettra le démarrage de la production i-sik basée sur sa propre technologie. Les bénéficiaires du produit innovant seront des entreprises polonaises ainsi que des entreprises étrangères, principalement des producteurs de jus de fruits et de concentrés. i-sik sera utilisé par les producteurs de l’industrie alimentaire pour obtenir du jus à partir de fruits et légumes durs et mous. i-sik répond aux besoins identifiés du groupe cible, comble une niche importante sur le marché et permet à la requérante de créer un avantage concurrentiel. Ce projet concerne un investissement initial conformément au règlement (UE) no 651/2014 de la CE, à savoir des investissements dans des immobilisations corporelles ou incorporelles liées à la diversification de la production de l’usine par l’introduction de produits qui n’avaient pas été fabriqués dans l’usine. Le projet prévoit de construire une nouvelle salle de production et d’acheter de nouveaux actifs fixes permettant de démarrer la production d’un produit innovant. La mise en œuvre du projet a une incidence positive sur la mise en œuvre des principes horizontaux de l’Union européenne énumérés aux articles 7 et 8 du règlement (UE) no 1303/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil et fait partie des NEI.
