Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie przez jednostkę naukową dla BUSINESS ECONOMIC GROUP Sp z o.o. (dalej BEG), receptury granulatów dwóch rodzajów masy ceramicznej na bazie czerwonej gliny do produkcji płytek ceramicznych w technologii monoporozy i gresu (rezultat projektu – innowacja procesowa). Zaznaczyć należy, że komercjalizacji (sprzedaży) będą podlegały receptury (technologia produkcji masy), a nie wyprodukowane w tej technologii płytki. To innowacyjne, oryginalne rozwiązanie, co najmniej na poziomie krajowego rynku. Powstałe receptury granulatów masy ceramicznej oparte będą głównie o krajowe surowce. Ich bazą będzie glina czerwona, z której obecnie nikt nie produkuje płytek typu gres, z kolei płytki produkowane w technologii monoporozy wykonane z czerwonej gliny są bardzo słabej jakości i dostępne jedynie w odcieniach czerwieni czerepu. Zakres projektu obejmuje: badania surowców podstawowych, wytypowanie i obliczanie wariantów składów mas, przygotowanie mas i próbek do badań oraz badania podstawowych parametrów fizykochemicznych, testy w skali ćwierć technicznej i półtechnicznej z włączeniem do prac ostatecznych odbiorców rezultatu projektu. W wyniku realizacji projektu BEG otrzyma gotowe do komercjalizacji, innowacyjne receptury granulatu masy ceramicznej do produkcji płytek ceramicznych, które docelowo pozwolą osiągnąć Firmie następujące rezultaty: poszerzenie oferty i rynków zbytu, wzrost sprzedaży i zwiększenie przychodów i rentowności, uruchomienie eksportu, rozpoznawalność Spółki na arenie międzynarodowej, możliwość realizacji innych innowacyjnych projektów. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.42799(2015/X), help_de_minimis: §42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on granting financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development under the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020.The subject of the project is the development by the scientific unit for BUSINESS ECONOMIC GROUP Sp z o.o. (hereinafter BEG), the formulation of granules of two types of ceramic mass based on red clay for the production of ceramic tiles in monoporosis and gres technology. It should be noted that commercialisation (sales) will be subject to recipes (mass production technology) and not wafers produced in this technology. It is an innovative, original solution, at least at the national level of the market. The resulting recipes of ceramic mass granules will be based mainly on domestic raw materials. Their base will be red clay, from which no one currently produces gres tiles, while monoporosis tiles made of red clay are of very poor quality and available only in shades of red scalp. The scope of the project includes: testing of basic raw materials, selection and calculation of variants of mass compositions, preparation of masses and samples for testing and testing of basic physico-chemical parameters, tests on a technical and semi-technical scale, including the final recipients of the project result. As a result of the project, BEG will receive ready for commercialisation innovative formulations of ceramic mass granules for the production of ceramic tiles, which will ultimately enable the Company to achieve the following results: expanding the offer and markets, increasing sales and increasing revenues and profitability, launching exports, recognizability of the Company on the international arena, possibility to implement other innovative projects. Reference_Aid_programme: SA.42799(2015/X), help_de_minimis: Article 42 du règlement du ministre des infrastructures et du développement du 10 juillet 2015 relatif à l’octroi d’une aide financière par l’Agence polonaise pour le développement des entreprises dans le cadre du programme opérationnel «Croissance intelligente» 2014-2020. Le projet a pour objet le développement par une unité scientifique de BUSINESS ECONOMIC GROUP Sp z o.o. (ci-après «BEG») de granules de deux types de masse céramique à base d’argile rouge pour la production de carreaux de céramique en monoporose et de gres (résultat du projet — innovation de processus). Il convient de noter que la commercialisation (ventes) sera soumise aux recettes (technologie de production de masse) et non aux carreaux produits par cette technologie. Il s’agit d’une solution innovante et originale, au moins au niveau du marché national. Les recettes résultantes des granules de pâte céramique seront principalement basées sur des matières premières domestiques. Leur base sera l’argile rouge, à partir de laquelle personne ne produit actuellement des carreaux de grès, à son tour les tuiles produites en technologie de monoporose en argile rouge sont de très mauvaise qualité et disponibles uniquement dans les nuances de lustre rouge. La portée du projet comprend: essai des matières premières de base, sélection et calcul des variantes des compositions massiques, préparation des masses et des échantillons en vue de l’essai et de l’essai des paramètres physicochimiques de base, essais à l’échelle technique et semi-technique en quarts, y compris le résultat du projet dans les travaux des bénéficiaires finaux. À la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet, BEG recevra, prête à la commercialisation, des recettes innovantes de granulés de pâte céramique pour la production de carreaux de céramique, ce qui permettra à l’entreprise d’obtenir les résultats suivants: élargir l’offre et les marchés de vente, augmenter les ventes et augmenter le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité, lancer les exportations, la reconnaissance de la Société sur la scène internationale, la possibilité de mettre en œuvre d’autres projets innovants.
