W projekcie zostaną podjęte działania w ramach badań przemysłowych oraz prac rozwojowych, mające na celu otrzymanie w skróconym okresie czasu nowych środków produkcji, strategicznych z punktu widzenia polskiego rolnictwa, czyli odmian gatunków zbóż, wśród których dominującym jest pszenica ozima, a także forma jara i ozima jęczmienia oraz roślin strączkowych grubonasiennych (groch siewny, łubin wąskolistny i łubin żółty) stanowiących ważną rolę w zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa żywnościowego kraju i alternatywnego źródła białka dla transgenicznej soi. Nowe odmiany będą charakteryzowały się wyższymi zdolnościami przystosowawczymi do zmieniającego się klimatu, zwiększoną odpornością na patogeny i agrofagi oraz zwiększoną wartością użytkową dla użytkowników, a więc rolników, przemysłu spożywczego i przemysłu paszowego. Kluczową innowacją w projekcie będzie rejestracja w Krajowym Rejestrze prowadzonym przez Centralny Ośrodek Badania Odmian Roślin Uprawnych co najmniej 6 nowoczesnych odmian rolniczych roślin hodowanych, które zostaną wprowadzone przez Wnioskodawcę na rynek. Nowe produkty będą nośnikiem postępu biologicznego. Dodatkowo Wnioskodawca w ramach własnego laboratorium kultur in vitro oraz laboratorium molekularnego opracuje innowacyjne procedury pozwalające na skrócenie czasu trwania programów hodowlanych w poszczególnych gatunkach. Uzyskane wyniki projektu będą podstawą dla Wnioskodawcy do: - rozpoczęcia wytwarzania i sprzedaży nowych produktów (elitarny i kwalifikowany materiał siewny dla uzyskanych, zarejestrowanych odmian), - udzielania licencji na korzystanie z praw do uzyskanych, zarejestrowanych odmian podmiotom profesjonalnie zajmującym się produkcją i sprzedażą kwalifikowanego materiału siewnego. art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. The project will take measures within the framework of industrial research and development, aimed at obtaining in a short period of time new means of production, strategic from the point of view of Polish agriculture, i.e. varieties of cereal species, among which winter wheat is dominant, as well as the form of barley spring and winter, and legumes of coarse seeds (seed peas, narrow-leaf lupins and yellow lupins) which constitute an important role in ensuring food safety of the country and alternative proteins for transgene. New varieties will be characterised by higher adaptability to changing climate, increased resistance to pathogens and agrophages, and increased utility value for users, i.e. farmers, the food industry and the feed industry. A key innovation in the project will be the registration in the National Register maintained by the Central Plant Variety Research Centre for at least 6 modern varieties of agricultural cultivated plants, which will be put on the market by the Applicant. New products will be a carrier of biological progress. In addition, the applicant will develop innovative procedures within its own in vitro culture laboratory and a molecular laboratory to reduce the duration of breeding programmes in individual species. The results of the project will be the basis for the Applicant to: — commencement of the manufacture and sale of new products (basic and certified seed for obtained, registered varieties), – grant licences for the use of rights acquired, registered varieties, professionally engaged in the production and sale of certified seed. Le projet entreprendra des activités de recherche et de développement industrielles visant à obtenir, sur une courte période, de nouveaux moyens de production stratégiques pour l’agriculture polonaise, c’est-à-dire les variétés d’espèces céréalières, dont le blé d’hiver est prédominant, ainsi que la forme de l’orge de printemps et d’hiver et les légumineuses grossières (haricots, lupins à feuilles étroites et lupins jaunes), qui jouent un rôle important dans la sécurité alimentaire du pays et constituent une source alternative de protéines pour le soja transgénique. Les nouvelles variétés seront caractérisées par une plus grande capacité d’adaptation au changement climatique, une résistance accrue aux agents pathogènes et aux organismes nuisibles et des performances accrues pour les utilisateurs, à savoir les agriculteurs, l’industrie alimentaire et l’industrie de l’alimentation animale. Une innovation clé dans le projet sera l’enregistrement au registre national tenu par le Centre central des variétés de plantes agricoles d’au moins six variétés cultivées modernes que la requérante doit mettre sur le marché. Les nouveaux produits seront un vecteur de progrès biologique. En outre, la requérante mettra au point des procédures innovantes au sein de son laboratoire de culture in vitro et de son laboratoire moléculaire afin de réduire la durée des programmes de reproduction pour chaque espèce. Les résultats du projet serviront de base à la requérante pour: — début de la production et de la commercialisation de nouveaux produits (semences de base et semences certifiées pour les variétés obtenues, enregistrées) — octroi de licences pour les droits sur les variétés enregistrées obtenues aux opérateurs professionnels participant à la production et à la commercialisation de semences certifiées.
