Projekti käigus viiakse läbi majandus- ja ettevõtluskeskkonna analüüs Rapla maakonnas - uuritakse, milline on seis meie majanduses, kuivõrd rahul on ettevõtjad ja milliseid arengutakistusi nad tajuvad ning vaadeldakse, millised eeldused ja ressursid kannavad tulevikus majandust ja ettevõtlust Raplamaal. Analüüsi tulemuste põhjal luuakse alus teadmuspõhiste, asja- ja ajakohaste ning komplekssete otsuste langetamiseks kohalikes omavalitsustes ja teistes ettevõtlust toetavates institutsioonides. In the course of the project, an analysis of the economic and business environment will be carried out in Rapla County – it will examine the state of our economy, how satisfied the entrepreneurs are and what obstacles to development they perceive, and what assumptions and resources will be carried out in the future in Rapla County. Based on the results of the analysis, the basis for knowledge-based, up-to-date and complex decision-making in local authorities and other institutions supporting entrepreneurship will be established. Au cours du projet, une analyse de l’environnement économique et des affaires sera effectuée dans le comté de Rapla — il examinera l’état de notre économie, la satisfaction des entrepreneurs et les obstacles au développement qu’ils perçoivent, et quelles hypothèses et ressources seront réalisées à l’avenir dans le comté de Rapla. Sur la base des résultats de l’analyse, les autorités locales et d’autres institutions soutenant l’esprit d’entreprise établiront la base d’une prise de décision fondée sur les connaissances, à jour et complexe. Im Laufe des Projekts wird eine Analyse des wirtschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Umfelds in Rapla County durchgeführt werden – es wird den Zustand unserer Wirtschaft untersuchen, wie zufrieden die Unternehmer sind und welche Hindernisse für die Entwicklung sie wahrnehmen, und welche Annahmen und Ressourcen in der Zukunft in Rapla County durchgeführt werden. Ausgehend von den Ergebnissen der Analyse wird die Grundlage für wissensbasierte, aktuelle und komplexe Entscheidungsfindungen in lokalen Behörden und anderen Einrichtungen geschaffen, die das Unternehmertum unterstützen.
