Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.Projekt zakłada opracowanie i przebadanie znacząco ulepszonego wyrobu dla pacjentów chorych na chorobę zwyrodnieniowa stawów. Produkt z kategorii żywności specjalnego przeznaczenia medycznego do zastosowania pod nadzorem lekarza, zaprojektowano z myślą o pacjentach cierpiących na chorobę zwyrodnieniową stawów. Jego podstawową funkcjonalnością będzie zastosowanie go w terapii zaburzeń jakości i ilości chrząstki stawowej, w tym do łagodzenia takich objawów jak ból, sztywność czy ograniczenie ruchomości. Ulepszony wyrób będzie miał postać saszetek z proszkiem do rozpuszczania, w skład którego wejdą składniki aktywne w terapii choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów, dopuszczane wg obowiązującego prawa do stosowania w żywności specjalnego przeznaczenia medycznego. Po realizacji projektu powstanie znacząco ulepszony wyrób poprzez opracowanie nowego składu jakościowo-ilościowego pozwalającego na: - używanie całkiem nowego na skale kraju wskazania terapeutycznego, czyli osłona wątroby przy farmakoterapii w przebiegu choroby zwyrodnieniowej stawów (poza wsparciem podstawowej choroby), - rejestracje jako FSMP zgodnie z nowym prawem, - bezpieczne używanie tego produktu u chorych z podrażnionym przez leki przeciwzapalne żołądkiem. Z racji tego, że produkt jest żywnością medyczną i nie należy do popularnej kategorii suplementów diety, firma musi sprostać dodatkowym wymaganiom stawianym tego typu produktom, zarówno jeśli chodzi o spełnienie wymogów obowiązującego prawa krajowego i unijnego , jak i oczekiwań pacjentów co do formy podania żywności, jej smaku, i innych cech produktu. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.42799(2015/X), help_de_minimis: §42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on granting financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development under the Operational Programme Intelligent Development 2014-2020.The project assumes the development and testing of a significantly improved product for patients with osteoarthritis. The product in the category of foods for special medical purposes to be used under the supervision of a physician is designed for patients suffering from osteoarthritis. Its basic functionality will be to use it in the treatment of quality disorders and the amount of articular cartilage, including to alleviate symptoms such as pain, stiffness or reduced mobility. The improved product will be in the form of powder reconstitution sachets, which will include active ingredients in the treatment of osteoarthritis, authorised under the applicable law for use in food for special medical purposes. After the implementation of the project, a significantly improved product will be created through the development of a new qualitative-quantitative composition allowing for: — the use of a completely new therapeutic indication on the country’s rock, i.e. liver shield during pharmacotherapy in the course of osteoarthritis (apart from supporting the underlying disease), – registrations as FSMP according to the new law, – safe use of this product in patients with irritated stomach irritation. Due to the fact that the product is a medical food and does not belong to the popular category of dietary supplements, the company has to meet additional requirements for this type of products, both in terms of meeting the requirements of applicable national and EU law, as well as patients’ expectations regarding the form of food administration, its taste and other characteristics of the product. Reference_Aid_programme: SA.42799(2015/X), help_de_minimis: Article 42 du règlement du ministre des infrastructures et du développement du 10 juillet 2015 relatif à l’octroi d’une aide financière par l’Agence polonaise pour le développement de l’entreprise dans le cadre du programme opérationnel «Croissance intelligente» 2014-2020. Le projet prévoit la mise au point et l’examen d’un dispositif sensiblement amélioré pour les patients atteints d’arthrose. Un produit de la catégorie des aliments destinés à des fins médicales spéciales, destiné à être utilisé sous surveillance médicale, a été conçu pour les patients souffrant d’arthrose. Sa fonctionnalité de base sera de l’utiliser dans le traitement des troubles de la qualité et de la quantité de cartilage articulaire, y compris pour soulager des symptômes tels que la douleur, la raideur ou la mobilité réduite. Le dispositif amélioré prendra la forme de sachets contenant de la poudre à dissoudre, qui incluront des principes actifs dans le traitement de l’arthrose, qui sont autorisés par la loi applicable à une utilisation dans des denrées alimentaires à des fins médicales spéciales. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, un produit considérablement amélioré sera créé en développant une nouvelle composition qualitative-quantitative permettant: — l’utilisation d’une toute nouvelle indication thérapeutique sur la roche du pays, c’est-à-dire le blindage du foie pour la pharmacothérapie au cours de l’arthrose (à l’exception du soutien de la maladie sous-jacente), — l’enregistrement en tant que FSMP conformément à la nouvelle loi, — l’utilisation sûre de ce produit chez les patients dont l’estomac irrité est irrité par des médicaments anti-inflammatoires. Étant donné que le produit est un aliment médical et qu’il n’appartient pas à la catégorie populaire des compléments alimentaires, l’entreprise doit satisfaire aux exigences supplémentaires imposées à ces produits, tant en ce qui concerne le respect des exigences du droit national et du droit de l’Union applicable, que les attentes des patients en ce qui concerne la forme d’administration de l’aliment, son goût et d’autres caractéristiques du produit.
