- The main objective of the project is to increase the safety of border crossing points and the adjoining areas, which in turn will benefit in the form of increased sense of security of the population of the border area. Additional added value will be the growth of tourism and business opportunities at the regional level. The joint implementation of the project by the border authorities of the two countries will not only improve the efficiency of their operations, but also strengthen the partnership and cooperation between them. - There is an urgent need to strengthen the protection of Ukrainian-Polish border by modern equipment of surveillance and response to attempts of illegally crossing the border due to increasing of attempts of illegal migration to EU countries, intensification of threats at the common state border, changing tactics of offenders and criminals by using of modern technical means; - The overall objective of the project is to Ensuring of effective monitoring for the common border by the using of mobile thermo vision complex, perimeter protection systems and thermal imaging cameras, which will enable to exchange of information and efficiently fight against of cross-border crime; - Overall objective implementation in its turn will facilitate legalization of small enterprises business activities and foster legal cross-border trade through the BCPs. - Implementation of effective monitoring of the state border will provide the Border Protection Units with a timely information about attempts of illegal movement of people and goods across the border, which in turn will provide the possibility of rapid response for counteracting cross-border crime. — Le principal objectif du projet est d’accroître la sécurité des points de passage frontaliers et des zones limitrophes, ce qui, à son tour, bénéficiera sous la forme d’un sentiment accru de sécurité de la population de la zone frontalière. La croissance du tourisme et des débouchés commerciaux au niveau régional constituera une valeur ajoutée supplémentaire. La mise en œuvre conjointe du projet par les autorités frontalières des deux pays permettra non seulement d’améliorer l’efficacité de leurs opérations, mais aussi de renforcer le partenariat et la coopération entre eux. — Il est urgent de renforcer la protection de la frontière entre l’Ukraine et la Pologne par des équipements modernes de surveillance et de réaction aux tentatives de franchissement illégal de la frontière en raison de l’augmentation des tentatives de migration illégale vers les pays de l’UE, de l’intensification des menaces à la frontière commune de l’État, de l’évolution des tactiques des délinquants et des criminels par l’utilisation de moyens techniques modernes; — L’objectif général du projet est d’assurer une surveillance efficace de la frontière commune par l’utilisation d’un complexe thermovisuel mobile, de systèmes de protection périmétrique et de caméras d’imagerie thermique, qui permettront d’échanger des informations et de lutter efficacement contre la criminalité transfrontalière; — La mise en œuvre d’un objectif global à son tour facilitera la légalisation des activités des petites entreprises et favorisera le commerce transfrontalier légal par l’intermédiaire des PCA. — La mise en œuvre d’un suivi efficace de la frontière de l’État fournira aux unités de protection des frontières des informations en temps utile sur les tentatives de mouvements illégaux de personnes et de marchandises à travers la frontière, ce qui permettra de réagir rapidement à la lutte contre la criminalité transfrontalière.
