The aim of project is to improve access to high quality gynecological-obstetric and neonatal care in Minsk Oblast and Siedlce subregion. The development of healthcare in the Polish-Belarusian borderland area will be achieved in result of improvement of infrastructure and medical equipment for gynecological-obstetric and neonatal care in Minsk Oblast and Siedlce subregion, expanding the range of medical services and implemented health programs in the field of prenatal and neonatal diagnosis, the exchange of experience and skills of medical personnel from Siedlce and Minsk. Supply of medical equipment for the Mazovian Regional Hospital in Siedlce and computer and medical equipment for the Minsk Regional Clinical Maternity House will improve the technical resources of the hospitals. Planned renovation of medical rooms in Mazovian Regional Hospital in Siedlce will allow to create in this building such units as: School of Childbirth, Clinic of Gynecology, Obstetrics, and Neonatal, Workshop of early post-partum and urogynecological rehabilitation, Clinic of Posture Defects and Clinic of Hips Defects. Health programs planned within the project will help to increase the popularity of prenatal diagnosis among pregnant women. Providing common database of fetal malformations, developed on the basis of research planned within project, joint symposia and workshops will contribute to raising the quality of medical services. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer l’accès à des soins gynéco-obstétriques et néonatals de haute qualité dans l’oblast de Minsk et la sous-région de Siedlce. Le développement des soins de santé dans la zone frontalière entre la Pologne et la Biélorussie sera réalisé grâce à l’amélioration des infrastructures et du matériel médical pour les soins gynéco-obstétriques et néonatals dans l’oblast de Minsk et la sous-région de Siedlce, en élargissant la gamme des services médicaux et en mettant en œuvre des programmes de santé dans le domaine du diagnostic prénatal et néonatal, de l’échange d’expériences et de compétences du personnel médical de Siedlce et de Minsk. La fourniture de matériel médical pour l’hôpital régional de Mazovian à Siedlce et de matériel informatique et médical pour la Maison régionale de maternité clinique de Minsk améliorera les ressources techniques des hôpitaux. La rénovation prévue des salles médicales de l’hôpital régional de Mazovian à Siedlce permettra de créer dans ce bâtiment des unités telles que: École d’accouchement, Clinique de gynécologie, obstétrique et néonatale, Atelier de réadaptation post-partum et urogynecologique précoce, Clinique des défauts de posture et Clinique des anomalies des hanches. Les programmes de santé prévus dans le cadre du projet contribueront à accroître la popularité du diagnostic prénatal chez les femmes enceintes. La mise à disposition d’une base de données commune sur les malformations fœtales, élaborée sur la base de recherches planifiées dans le cadre du projet, contribuera à améliorer la qualité des services médicaux.
