3D – liiketoimintaa Lapin yrityksille -hankkeen yleisenä tavoitteena on kasvattaa PK-yritysten tietämystä, osaamista ja ennen kaikkea liiketoimintaa 3D – tulostuksen saralla Lapissa. Hankkeen tavoitteena on synnyttää mukanaoleviin yrityksiin omaa 3D – tulostustoimintaa nykyisen liiketoiminnan tueksi, sekä kokonaan uutta, suoraan 3D – tulostuksiin perustuvaa liiketoimintaa. Hankkeen pääpaino on 3D – liiketoimintamahdollisuuksien oivaltamisessa ja soveltamisessa sekä kilpailukyvyn edistämisessä. Ilmatieteen laitoksen Lapin ilmatieteellinen tutkimuskeskus (FMI) koordinoi hanketta ja luo ja levittää valmiuksia, osaamista ja tietoa 3D – tulostuksesta. FMI pyrkii rakentamaan myös eri organisaatioiden, kuten kuntien ja yritysten, välistä yhteistoimintaa ja kannustaa toimijoita yhteistyöhön. Tavoitteena hankkeen aikana on selvittää onko mukana olevien yritysten kannattavaa hankkia 3D – tulostin/tulostustoimintaa oman liiketoimintansa kehittämiseen, sekä kannustaa ja auttaa yrityksiä eteenpäin tässä pyrkimyksessä. Hankkeessa tehtävä investointi toteutetaan nimenomaan kehittämishankkeessa suunnitellun yritysyhteistyön ja demonstraatioiden toteuttamiseksi. Hankkeen tarkoituksena on perehdyttää yritysosapuolet 3D – tulostuksen toimintatapoihin ja mahdollisuuksiin, ja sitten toteuttaa FMI:lle hankittavalla, yritysten tarpeita mahdollisimman hyvin vastaavalla 3D – tulostus ja -suunnittelujärjestelmällä kaikille yrityksille esimerkkitulostus. Esimerkkitulostus toteutetaan kunkin yrityksen toiveita ja tarpeita noudattaen, mutta kuitenkin niin että kyseinen tuloste toimii vain 3D-järjestelmän tarjoaman liiketoimintapotentiaalin hahmottamisessa. Kyseinen esimerkkituloste ei voi siten olla valmis, liiketoiminnassa hyödynnettävä komponentti, varaosa tms. Tämän prosessin tarkoituksena on konkretisoida yrityksille 3D – tulostusteknologian mahdollisuuksia, jonka pohjalta yritykset ryhtyvät kehittämään omaa 3D – tulostustoimintaa. FMI toimii neuvonantajana oman kokemuksensa pohjalta sekä tukena käytännön järjestelyissä ja toimenpiteissä. Hanke toteutetaan FMI:n tiloissa Sodankylän Tähtelässä, FMI:n omana työnä ja yritysosapuolille järjestettävinä workshoppeina sekä kahdenkeskisinä yritystapaamisina FMI:n tiloissa. Joitakin tapaamisia koko ryhmän kesken voidaan myös järjestää jonkin yrityksen omissa tiloissa, kunhan näiden tilaisuuksien luonne säilyy yleisenä ohjeistuksena ja esimerkkinä oman 3D – liiketoiminnan käynnistämisessä ja kehittämisessä kaikille mukana oleville yrityksille, ei mitenkään erityisesti rajattuna yhden yrityksen tarpeisiin. Hanke toteutetaan yhteistyössä Lapin Ammattiopiston (LAO) kanssa, siten että FMI:n yrityskumppanit voivat saada tietoa ja apua oman liiketoimintansa kehittämiseen myös LAO:lta (yhteyshenkilö Tarmo Aittaniemi) ja LAO:n 3D-järjestelmien pohjalta, samoin kuin LAO:n kumppanit FMI:ltä. Hankkeen tuloksena 3D – tulostus tietoisuus kasvaa ja johtaa 3D – teknologian hyödyntämiseen ja käyttöönottoon yrityksissä nykyisen liiketoiminnan tueksi. Yritykset, jotka saavat lisäarvoa 3D – tulosteista, investoivat omiin laitteisiin ja jatkavat 3D – teknologian hyödyntämistä omassa liiketoiminnassaan tai vaihtoehtoisesti alkavat käyttää 3D – tulostuspalveluja toiselta yritykseltä oman liiketoimintansa hyväksi. Hankkeen pitkän aikavälin tavoitteena on hankkeessa mukana olevien yritysten 3D – liiketoiminnan käynnistäminen ja kehittäminen siten, että se osaltaan synnyttää Lappiin uutta liiketoimintaa ja työtä huipputeknologioiden saralla. The general objective of the 3D Business for Enterprises in Lapland project is to increase the knowledge, know-how and, above all, the business of small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of 3D printing in Lapland. The aim of the project is to create own 3D printing activities for the participating companies to support current business, as well as a completely new, 3D-based business. The main focus of the project is 3D — on the realisation and application of business opportunities and the promotion of competitiveness. The Finnish Meteorological Institute of Lapland (FMI) coordinates the project and creates and disseminates capabilities, know-how and information on 3D printing. FMI also aims to build cooperation between different organisations, such as municipalities and companies, and encourages cooperation between operators. The aim during the project is to find out whether it is profitable for the companies involved to acquire 3D printer/printing activities to develop their own business, and to encourage and help companies to move forward in this endeavour. The investment in the project will be carried out specifically for the purpose of implementing the business cooperation and demonstrations planned in the development project. The purpose of the project is to familiarise the business partners with 3D printing methods and opportunities, and then implement 3D-printing and designing for all companies with a 3D printing and design system that is best suited to the needs of companies. Example printing is carried out according to the wishes and needs of each company, but the printout only serves to identify the business potential of the 3D system. This example cannot therefore be completed, a component used for business purposes, a spare part, etc. The purpose of this process is to provide companies with 3D printing technology that enables them to develop their own 3D printing business. FMI advises on the basis of its own experience and supports practical arrangements and procedures. The project will be carried out at FMI’s premises in Tähtelä, Sodankylä, as FMI’s own work and workshops for business partners, as well as as bilateral business meetings at FMI’s premises. Some meetings between the group as a whole may also take place on the premises of a company, as long as the nature of these events remains general guidance and as an example for the start-up and development of their own 3D business for all involved companies, not specifically limited to the needs of a single company. The project is carried out in cooperation with the Lapland Vocational College (LAO), so that FMI’s business partners can also obtain information and assistance in developing their own business on the basis of the LAO’s 3D systems (contact person Tarmo Aittaniemi) and LAO’s partners in LAO. As a result of the project, 3D — printing awareness increases and leads to the exploitation and deployment of 3D technology in companies to support current business. Companies that add value from 3D printouts, invest in their own equipment and continue to use 3D technology in their own business, or alternatively start using 3D printing services from another company for their own business. The long-term goal of the project is to launch and develop the 3D business of the companies involved in the project in such a way that it contributes to the creation of new business and work in the field of cutting-edge technologies in Lapland. L’objectif général du projet 3D Business for Enterprises in Lapland est d’accroître les connaissances, le savoir-faire et, surtout, l’activité des petites et moyennes entreprises dans le domaine de l’impression 3D en Laponie. L’objectif du projet est de créer ses propres activités d’impression 3D pour les entreprises participantes afin de soutenir les activités actuelles, ainsi qu’une entreprise entièrement nouvelle basée sur la 3D. L’objectif principal du projet est 3D — la réalisation et l’application des opportunités d’affaires et la promotion de la compétitivité. L’Institut finlandais de météorologie de Laponie (FMI) coordonne le projet et crée et diffuse des capacités, un savoir-faire et des informations sur l’impression 3D. Le FMI vise également à renforcer la coopération entre différentes organisations, telles que les municipalités et les entreprises, et encourage la coopération entre les opérateurs. L’objectif du projet est de déterminer s’il est rentable pour les entreprises concernées d’acquérir des activités d’impression 3D pour développer leur propre activité, et d’encourager et d’aider les entreprises à aller de l’avant dans cette entreprise. L’investissement dans le projet sera réalisé spécifiquement aux fins de la mise en œuvre de la coopération commerciale et des démonstrations prévues dans le projet de développement. L’objectif du projet est de familiariser les partenaires commerciaux avec les méthodes et opportunités d’impression 3D, puis de mettre en œuvre l’impression 3D et la conception pour toutes les entreprises avec un système d’impression et de conception 3D le mieux adapté aux besoins des entreprises. Exemple d’impression est effectué selon les souhaits et les besoins de chaque entreprise, mais l’impression ne sert qu’à identifier le potentiel commercial du système 3D. Cet exemple ne peut donc pas être complété, un composant utilisé à des fins commerciales, une pièce de rechange, etc. L’objectif de ce processus est de fournir aux entreprises une technologie d’impression 3D qui leur permet de développer leur propre activité d’impression 3D. Le FMI conseille sur la base de sa propre expérience et soutient les modalités pratiques et les procédures. Le projet sera réalisé dans les locaux de FMI à Tähtelä, Sodankylä, en tant que propre travail et ateliers de FMI pour les partenaires commerciaux, ainsi que des réunions d’affaires bilatérales dans les locaux de FMI. Certaines réunions entre le groupe dans son ensemble peuvent également avoir lieu dans les locaux d’une entreprise, pour autant que la nature de ces événements demeure une orientation générale et comme exemple de démarrage et de développement de leur propre activité 3D pour toutes les entreprises concernées, sans se limiter spécifiquement aux besoins d’une seule entreprise. Le projet est réalisé en collaboration avec le Collège professionnel Lapland (LAO), afin que les partenaires commerciaux de FMI puissent également obtenir de l’information et de l’aide pour développer leur propre entreprise sur la base des systèmes 3D d’AJO (personne de contact Tarmo Aittaniemi) et des partenaires d’AJO à AJO. Grâce au projet, la 3D — la sensibilisation à l’impression augmente et conduit à l’exploitation et au déploiement de la technologie 3D dans les entreprises pour soutenir les activités actuelles. Les entreprises qui ajoutent de la valeur aux impressions 3D, investissent dans leurs propres équipements et continuent d’utiliser la technologie 3D dans leur propre entreprise, ou bien commencent à utiliser les services d’impression 3D d’une autre entreprise pour leur propre entreprise. L’objectif à long terme du projet est de lancer et de développer l’activité 3D des entreprises impliquées dans le projet de manière à ce qu’il contribue à la création de nouvelles entreprises et de travaux dans le domaine des technologies de pointe en Laponie. Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts 3D Business for Enterprises in Lappland ist es, Wissen, Know-how und vor allem das Geschäft kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen im Bereich des 3D-Drucks in Lappland zu verbessern. Ziel des Projekts ist es, eigene 3D-Druckaktivitäten für die beteiligten Unternehmen zur Unterstützung des laufenden Geschäfts sowie ein völlig neues 3D-basiertes Geschäft zu schaffen. Der Schwerpunkt des Projekts liegt auf 3D – der Realisierung und Anwendung von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und der Förderung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Das finnische Meteorologische Institut für Lappland (FMI) koordiniert das Projekt und schafft und verbreitet Fähigkeiten, Know-how und Informationen zum 3D-Druck. Das FMI zielt auch darauf ab, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Organisationen, wie z. B. Kommunen und Unternehmen, aufzubauen und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Betreibern zu fördern. Ziel des Projekts ist es, herauszufinden, ob es für die beteiligten Unternehmen rentabel ist, 3D-Drucker/Drucktätigkeiten zu erwerben, um ihr eigenes Geschäft zu entwickeln, und Unternehmen zu ermutigen und zu unterstützen, diese Bemühungen voranzutreiben. Die Investition in das Projekt wird speziell zur Umsetzung der im Entwicklungsprojekt geplanten Unternehmenskooperation und Demonstrationen durchgeführt. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Geschäftspartner mit 3D-Druckmethoden und -möglichkeiten vertraut zu machen und dann 3D-Druck und Design für alle Unternehmen mit einem 3D-Druck- und Designsystem zu implementieren, das am besten auf die Bedürfnisse von Unternehmen zugeschnitten ist. Beispieldruck erfolgt nach den Wünschen und Bedürfnissen jedes Unternehmens, aber der Ausdruck dient nur dazu, das Geschäftspotenzial des 3D-Systems zu identifizieren. Dieses Beispiel kann daher nicht vervollständigt werden, eine Komponente, die für geschäftliche Zwecke verwendet wird, ein Ersatzteil usw. Ziel dieses Prozesses ist es, Unternehmen mit 3D-Drucktechnologie zur Verfügung zu stellen, die es ihnen ermöglicht, ein eigenes 3D-Druckgeschäft zu entwickeln. Das FMI berät auf der Grundlage seiner eigenen Erfahrungen und unterstützt praktische Vorkehrungen und Verfahren. Das Projekt wird in den Räumlichkeiten der FMI in Tähtelä, Sodankylä, als eigene Arbeit und Workshops für Geschäftspartner sowie bilaterale Geschäftstreffen in den Räumlichkeiten der FMI durchgeführt. Einige Treffen zwischen der Gruppe als Ganzes können auch in den Räumlichkeiten eines Unternehmens stattfinden, sofern die Art dieser Veranstaltungen weiterhin allgemeine Orientierungshilfe und als Beispiel für die Gründung und Entwicklung des eigenen 3D-Geschäfts für alle beteiligten Unternehmen, nicht speziell auf die Bedürfnisse eines einzigen Unternehmens beschränkt ist. Das Projekt wird in Zusammenarbeit mit der Lappland Vocational College (LAO) durchgeführt, so dass die Geschäftspartner der FMI auch auf der Grundlage der 3D-Systeme des LAO (Kontaktperson Tarmo Aittaniemi) und der LAO-Partner in der LAO Informationen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung ihres eigenen Unternehmens erhalten können. Als Ergebnis des Projekts erhöht 3D – Druckbewusstsein und führt zur Nutzung und Einführung von 3D-Technologien in Unternehmen, um das aktuelle Geschäft zu unterstützen. Unternehmen, die durch 3D-Drucke einen Mehrwert schaffen, in eigene Anlagen investieren und weiterhin 3D-Technologie in ihrem eigenen Geschäft einsetzen oder alternativ 3D-Druckdienstleistungen von einem anderen Unternehmen für ihr eigenes Geschäft nutzen. Langfristiges Ziel des Projekts ist es, das 3D-Geschäft der am Projekt beteiligten Unternehmen so zu starten und zu entwickeln, dass es zur Gründung neuer Unternehmen und zur Arbeit im Bereich der Spitzentechnologien in Lappland beiträgt.
