A rendusprojekti "Õpetaja professionaalse arengu toetamine muutunud õpikäsituse rakendamisel" tegevuste kaudu taotletakse Valga Põhikoolis töötavate õpetajate ja õpikogukonna juhtide pädevuse tõstmist, õpetajate orienteeritust pidevale enesereflektsioonile ja -täiendamisele ning süsteemset iga õppija arengu toetamist ja jälgimist eneseanalüüsi kaudu. Projekti tegevused on üks osa Valga Põhikooli koolikultuuri ümberkujundamisel uuenevat õpikäsitust toetava koolikultuuri loomiseks. (Estonian)

A revalidation project "Supporting the professional development of the teacher in the implementation of the changed learning approach" through the activities, the aim is to raise the competences of teachers and leaders of the learning community working in Valga Basic School, to focus teachers on continuous self-reflection and self-improvement, and to systematically support and monitor the development of each learner through self-reflection. The activities of the project are part of the creation of a school culture that supports a renewed learning approach in the transformation of the school culture of Valga Basic School. (English)

Un projet de revalidation " Soutenir le développement professionnel de l’enseignant dans la mise en œuvre de l’approche d’apprentissage modifiée" à travers les activités, l’objectif est d’accroître les compétences des enseignants et des dirigeants de la communauté apprenante travaillant à l’école de base de Valga, de concentrer les enseignants sur l’autoréflexion continue et l’auto-amélioration, et de soutenir et de suivre systématiquement le développement de chaque apprenant à travers l’autoréflexion. Les activités du projet s’inscrivent dans le cadre de la création d’une culture scolaire qui soutient une approche d’apprentissage renouvelée dans la transformation de la culture scolaire de l’école de base Valga.
