Täienduskoolitus on suunatud klassiõpetajate pädevuste tõstmisele tööks andeka õpilasega kaasava hariduse kontekstis. Erilist tähelepanu pööratakse selliste juhtumite märkamiseks, kui andekust maskeerivad või andekusega kaasnevad muud hariduslikud erivajadused (õpiraskused, kergemad meelepuuded, ATH, prevasiivne arenguhäire). Kursuse läbinud klassiõpetajad on täiendanud oma praktilisi oskusi õppe kohandamiseks vastavalt topelt-erilise (ingl k. twice-exceptional) ehk nn 2e õppija vajadustele. (Estonian)

In-service training is aimed at increasing the competences of class teachers to work with a talented student in the context of inclusive education. Special attention will be paid to detecting such cases where talent is disguised or accompanied by other special educational needs (learning difficulties, mild sensory impairment, ATH, prevasive developmental disorder). Class teachers who have completed the course have upgraded their practical skills to adapt their learning to the needs of a double-exceptional (‘twice-exceptional’) learner. (English)
