Hlavným cieľom projektu je zlepšenie environmentálnych aspektov v meste Čadca prostredníctvom zveľadenia spoločného priestoru vnútrobloku sídliska Kýčerka, zvýšenia jeho estetických a kultúrno-spoločenských hodnôt vybudovaním priestoru pre odpočinok a relax a obnovou verejnej zelene. Špecifické ciele projektu:Obnova verejnej zelene a výsadba nových druhov zelene,rekonštrukcia existujúcich chodníkov a trás pre peších,obnova plôch pre pohybové aktivity detí, mládeže a ostatné vekové skupiny formou dobudovania absentujúcich prvkov pre hru a pohyb (herné prvky detských ihrísk a fitnes prvky pre exteriérové cvičenie) spĺňajúcich súčasné bezpečnostné štandardy v zmysle platných legislatívnych predpisov a noriem,obnova plochy pre posedenie a realizáciu spoločenských akcií,obnova mestského a parkového mobiliáru. Cieľ projektu je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom č. 4.3.1 IROP.Projekt obnovy vnútrobloku sídliska "Kýčerka" v meste Čadca, bol spracovávaný pre reálnu rekonštrukciu verejných spoločenských priestranstiev, ktoré nespĺňajú súčasné požiadavky na funkčnosť a spoločenskú atraktivitu obytného územia. Realizácia projektu pozostáva z realizácie jednej hlavnej aktivity: Revitalizácia vnútrobloku sídliska Kýčerka v meste Čadca. Cieľovou skupinou realizovaného projektu sú obyvatelia bývajúci v dotknutej panelovej výstavbe, obkolesujúcej vnútroblok Kyčerka (najväčšie sídlisko v meste) , žiaci blízkej základnej školy a obyvatelia žijúci v blízkosti dotknutého vnútrobloku resp. občania tráviaci čas na tejto verejnej ploche. Ide o skupinu cca 15tisíc občanov. Miestom realizácie projektu je vnútroblok Kýčerka v meste Čadca. Realizáciou predkladaného projektu sú sledované nasledovné merateľné ukazovatele:Revitalizované otvorené priestranstvá vnútroblokov mimo UMR – súčet – 9900m2,Vytvorené alebo obnovené otvorené priestranstvá v mestských oblastiach – súčet - 0 m2 (Slovak)

The main objective of the project is to improve environmental aspects in the city of Čadca by enhancing the common space inside the Kýčerka settlement, increasing its aesthetic and cultural and social values by building a space for rest and relaxation and restoring public greenery. Specific objectives: public greenery and planting of new types of greenery, reconstruction of existing footpaths and paths for walking, restoration of areas for physical activities of children, youth and other age groups in the form of completing missing elements for play and movement (game elements of playgrounds and fitness elements for outdoor exercise) meeting the current safety standards in accordance with applicable legislative regulations and norms,restoration of area for sitting and realisation of social events, restoration of urban and park mobility. The objective of the project is in accordance with the specific objective No. 4.3.1 of IROP.The project for the reconstruction of the inner block of the settlement “Kýčerka” in the town of Čadca, was processed for the real reconstruction of public social spaces, which do not meet the current requirements for functionality and social attractiveness of the residential area. The implementation of the project consists of the implementation of one main activity: Revitalisation of the interior of the settlement Kýčerka in the town of Čadca. The target group of the project carried out is residents living in the panel building concerned, surrounding the inner block of Kyčerka (the largest settlement in the city), pupils of a close primary school and residents living near the inner block concerned or citizens spending time on that public area. It is a group of about 15,000 citizens. The place of implementation of the project is the inner block of Kýčerka in the town of Čadca. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer les aspects environnementaux de la ville de Čadca en améliorant l’espace commun à l’intérieur de la colonie de Kýčerka, en renforçant ses valeurs esthétiques, culturelles et sociales en construisant un espace de repos et de détente et en rétablissant la verdure publique. Objectifs spécifiques: verdure publique et plantation de nouveaux types de verdure, reconstruction des sentiers pédestres et des sentiers de marche existants, restauration des zones d’activités physiques des enfants, des jeunes et d’autres groupes d’âge sous la forme de compléter les éléments manquants pour le jeu et le mouvement (éléments de jeux de jeux et d’éléments de fitness pour l’exercice en plein air) respectant les normes de sécurité actuelles conformément aux règles et normes législatives applicables, restauration de l’aire de repos et de réalisation d’événements sociaux, restauration de la mobilité urbaine et du parc. L’objectif du projet est conforme à l’objectif spécifique no 4.3.1 de l’IROP.Le projet de reconstruction du bloc intérieur de la colonie «Kýčerka» dans la ville de Čadca, a été réalisé pour la reconstruction réelle des espaces sociaux publics, qui ne répondent pas aux exigences actuelles de fonctionnalité et d’attractivité sociale de la zone résidentielle. La mise en œuvre du projet consiste en la mise en œuvre d’une activité principale: Revitalisation de l’intérieur du village de Kýčerka dans la ville de Čadca. Das Hauptziel des Projekts besteht darin, die Umweltaspekte in der Stadt Čadca zu verbessern, indem der gemeinsame Raum innerhalb der Siedlung Kýčerka verbessert wird, ihre ästhetischen und kulturellen und sozialen Werte durch den Bau eines Raumes für Erholung und Entspannung sowie die Wiederherstellung des öffentlichen Grüns gestärkt werden. Spezifische Ziele: öffentliches Grün und Bepflanzung neuer Arten von Grün, Wiederaufbau bestehender Fußwege und Gehwege, Wiederherstellung von Bereichen für körperliche Aktivitäten von Kindern, Jugendlichen und anderen Altersgruppen in Form fehlender Elemente für Spiel und Bewegung (Spielelemente von Spielplätzen und Fitness-Elemente für Outdoor-Übungen), die den geltenden Sicherheitsstandards gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Normen entsprechen, Wiederherstellung des Platzes für das Sitzen und die Durchführung von sozialen Veranstaltungen, Wiederherstellung der städtischen und Parkmobilität. Das Ziel des Projekts entspricht dem spezifischen Ziel Nr. 4.3.1 des IROP.Das Projekt für den Wiederaufbau des inneren Blocks der Siedlung „Kýčerka“ in der Stadt Čadca wurde für den realen Wiederaufbau öffentlicher sozialer Räume bearbeitet, die den aktuellen Anforderungen an Funktionalität und soziale Attraktivität des Wohngebiets nicht entsprechen. Die Durchführung des Projekts besteht in der Durchführung einer Haupttätigkeit: Revitalisierung des Inneren der Siedlung Kýčerka in der Stadt Čadca. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind Bewohner, die in dem betreffenden Panelgebäude leben, um den inneren Block von Kyčerka (die größte Siedlung der Stadt), Schüler einer engen Grundschule und Bewohner in der Nähe des inneren Blocks oder Bürger verbringen Zeit in diesem öffentlichen Bereich. Es ist eine Gruppe von etwa 15.000 Bürgern. Ort der Durchführung des Projekts ist der innere Block von Kýčerka in der Stadt Čadca.
