Žiadateľ BMZ a.s. sa od roku 1995 venuje výrobe strojov a zariadení pre úpravárenský priemysel a priemysel spracovania surovín. Hlavným výrobným a produktovým zameraním sa klasifikuje pod SK NACE 28.92 - Výroba strojov pre baníctvo ťažbu a stavebníctvo, reprezentujúcom hlavné odvetvie SK NACE domény RIS3 SK 28 - Výroba strojov a zariadení i n. Cieľom projektu je podpora inteligentných inovácií vo výrobnom procese žiadateľa, zvýšenie jeho konkurencieschopnosti prostredníctvom inteligentných riešení, zvyšovanie technologickej úrovne výroby obstaraním nových inovatívnych technológií a ich zavedením do výroby. Prostredníctvom obstarávaných technológií žiadateľ inovuje výrobný proces CNC trieskového opracovania a CNC plazmového rezania, 3D ukosovania, vŕtania, závitovania a zahlbovania. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je Podpora inteligentných inovácií. Miestom realizácie je Sadová 17, Spišská Nová Ves.. Nová technológia svojim vysokým inovačným a inteligenčným potenciálom zabezpečí žiadateľovi upevnenie jeho postavenia na trhu, dôjde k zvýšeniu pridanej hodnoty a produktivity v rámci hodnotového reťazcažiadateľa, zvýšeniu efektivity výrobného procesu, flexibility a k úspore fondu pracovného času, ako aj k rozvoju možnej spolupráce s domácimi alebo zahraničnými subjektmi. Žiadateľ zavedie do výrobného procesu prvky inteligentných riešení, ktorými zatiaľ nedisponoval. Ďalším prínosom obstaranej technológie pre žiadateľa bude zvýšenie kvality, rýchlosti, presnosti, efektívnosti a pružnosti vo výrobnom procese s ohľadom na trvalo-udržateľný rozvoj a ochranu životného prostredia. Since 1995, the applicant BMZ a.s. has been engaged in the production of machinery and equipment for the processing industry and the raw material processing industry. The main production and product focus is classified under SK NACE 28.92 – Production of machinery for mining and construction, representing the main sector SK NACE domain RIS3 SK 28 – Manufacture of machinery and equipment i n. The aim of the project is to support intelligent innovations in the applicant’s production process, increase its competitiveness through intelligent solutions, increase the technological level of production by procuring new innovative technologies and their introduction into production. Through the procured technologies, the applicant innovates the production process of CNC chip machining and CNC plasma cutting, 3D beveling, drilling, tapping and deepening. The main activity of the project is the promotion of smart innovation. The place of implementation is Sadová 17, Spišská Nová Ves.. With its high innovation and intelligence potential, the new technology will ensure that the applicant’s position on the market is strengthened, added value and productivity will be increased along the applicant’s value chain, increased efficiency of the production process, flexibility and savings in the working time pool, as well as the development of possible cooperation with domestic or foreign entities. The applicant shall introduce elements of intelligent solutions not yet in its possession in the production process. An additional benefit for the applicant of the technology procured will be to increase quality, speed, accuracy, efficiency and flexibility in the production process with a view to sustainable development and environmental protection. Depuis 1995, la requérante BMZ a.s. est engagée dans la production de machines et d’équipements destinés à l’industrie de transformation et à l’industrie de transformation des matières premières. L’objectif du projet est de soutenir les innovations intelligentes dans le processus de production de la requérante, d’accroître sa compétitivité grâce à des solutions intelligentes, d’augmenter le niveau technologique de production en procurant de nouvelles technologies innovantes et de les introduire dans la production. Grâce aux technologies acquises, la requérante innove dans le processus de production de puces CNC et de découpe de plasma CNC, de biseautage 3D, de perçage, de taraudage et d’approfondissement. L’activité principale du projet est la promotion de l’innovation intelligente. Le lieu de mise en œuvre est Sadová 17, Spišská Nová Ves.. Grâce à son potentiel élevé d’innovation et d’intelligence, les nouvelles technologies permettront de renforcer la position du candidat sur le marché, d’accroître la valeur ajoutée et la productivité tout au long de la chaîne de valeur du candidat, d’accroître l’efficacité du processus de production, la flexibilité et les économies de temps de travail, ainsi que le développement d’une éventuelle coopération avec des entités nationales ou étrangères. Le demandeur doit introduire des éléments de solutions intelligentes qui ne sont pas encore en sa possession dans le processus de production. Un avantage supplémentaire pour le demandeur de la technologie achetée sera d’accroître la qualité, la rapidité, la précision, l’efficacité et la flexibilité du processus de production en vue du développement durable et de la protection de l’environnement.
