Predkladaný projekt „Zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy súp.č. 64 v obci Fričovce“ je zameraný na zníženie energetickej náročnosti viacúčelového objektu občianskej vybavenosti v obci Fričovce. Budova slúži predovšetkým na administratívne účely. Je využívaná ako polyfunkčný objekt občianskej vybavenosti - nachádzajú sa v ňom požiarna zbrojnica aj obecné komunitné centrum. V budove je v podnájme aj malá prevádzka kaderníctva, podlahová plocha prevádzky (podlahová plochy využívaná na hospodársku činnosť) tvorí menej ako 8 % z celkovej podlahovej plochy budovy.Projekt zahŕňa zateplenie obvodových stien, podlahy a strechy budovy, injektáž proti vzlínajúcej vlhkosti, výmenu výplní otvorov (okien a dverí), rekonštrukciu elektroinštalácie, osvetlenia, vykurovania objektu a vnútorného rozvodu vody.Zateplením obvodového plášťa sa okrem zlepšenia technického stavu objektu dosiahne aj zvýšenie estetickej úrovne objektu, zníži energetická náročnosť a prevádzkové náklady objektu, predĺži jeho životnosť a tento bude vhodne dotvárať životné prostredie v centre obce. Z ekonomického hľadiska prispeje daný projekt v prvom rade k znižovaniu celkových nákladov na energie.Realizáciou rekonštrukcie sa dosiahne 77,9 % úspora energie na vykurovanie, 76 % úspora celkovej energie a 85,4 % úspora primárnej energie a objekt sa na základe primárnej energie zaradí do kategórie A1. The proposed project “Reducing the energy intensity of the Súp.c. 64 building in the village of Fričovce” is aimed at reducing the energy intensity of the multipurpose object of amenities in the village of Fričovce. The building is mainly used for administrative purposes. It is used as a multifunctional object of civic amenities – there are firearms and community center. In the building there is also a small operation of the hairdresser, the floor area of operation (floor area used for economic activity) accounts for less than 8 % of the total floor area of the building.The project includes insulation of perimeter walls, floors and roofs of the building, grouting against rising moisture, replacement of fillings of openings (windows and doors), reconstruction of electrical installations, lighting, heating of the building and internal water distribution. In addition to improving the technical condition of the building, increase the aesthetic level of the building, reduce the energy intensity and operating costs of the building, extend its life and this will suitably complete the living environment in the village. From an economic point of view, the project will primarily contribute to reducing the total cost of energy.The refurbishment will achieve 77.9 % energy savings for heating, 76 % saving of total energy and 85.4 % of primary energy savings, and the building will be classified in category A1 on the basis of primary energy. Le projet proposé «Réduction de l’intensité énergétique du bâtiment Súp.c. 64 dans le village de Fričovce» vise à réduire l’intensité énergétique de l’objet polyvalent des commodités dans le village de Fričovce. Le bâtiment est principalement utilisé à des fins administratives. Il est utilisé comme un objet multifonctionnel d’équipements civiques — il y a des armes à feu et un centre communautaire. Dans le bâtiment, il y a aussi une petite exploitation du coiffeur, la surface d’exploitation (surface de plancher utilisée pour l’activité économique) représente moins de 8 % de la surface totale du bâtiment.Le projet comprend l’isolation des murs, des planchers et des toits de l’immeuble, le coulis contre l’humidité croissante, le remplacement des garnitures d’ouvertures (fenêtres et portes), la reconstruction des installations électriques, l’éclairage, le chauffage du bâtiment et la distribution d’eau interne. En plus d’améliorer l’état technique du bâtiment, augmenter le niveau esthétique du bâtiment, réduire l’intensité énergétique et les coûts de fonctionnement du bâtiment, prolonger sa vie et cela complétera de manière appropriée l’environnement de vie dans le village. D’un point de vue économique, le projet contribuera principalement à réduire le coût total de l’énergie. La rénovation permettra de réaliser 77,9 % d’économies d’énergie pour le chauffage, 76 % d’économies d’énergie totale et 85,4 % d’économies d’énergie primaire, et le bâtiment sera classé dans la catégorie A1 sur la base de l’énergie primaire.
