Budova obecného úradu sa nachádza v obci, ktorá leží v okrese Prešov v Prešovskom samosprávnom kraji a je vstupnou obcou do regiónu Čierna hora. Cieľom rekoštrukcie obecného úradu je zefektívniť náklady, energetickú náročnosť a znížiť emisie budovy obecného úradu a vzniknuté ekonomické úspory investovať do skvalitnenia služieb občanom a návštevníkov obce Bzenov. Cieľovou skupinou je 740 obyvateľov obce Bzenov.Existujúci stav budovy nevyhovuje kvôli zastaraných stavebným konštrukciám a množstvu výplní otvorov v konštrukcii, ktoré výrazne zvyšujú potrebu tepla na vykurovanie.Realizácia projektu pozostáva:zo zateplenia obvodového plášťazateplenia strechyvýmeny otvorových konštrukciírekonštruciou zdroja teplainštalácie slnečných kolektorovvýmenu svetelných zdrojovmerania, riadenia a regulácie spotreby energieJe to budova z 50-tých rokov a okrem čiastočnej výmeny okien a opráv havarijných stavov, budova nebola rekonštruovaná. Z energetického auditu vyplýva, že navrhovanými opatreniami vie obec ušetriť 16 423 EUR ročne. Cieľom obce je zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy a z ušetrených prostriedkov, tie investovať do rozvoja ďalších aktivít, ktoré prispejú ku skvalitneniu služieb občanom a návštevníkom obce. The building of the municipal office is located in the village, which lies in the district Prešov in the Prešov self-governing region and is the entrance to the region Montenegro. The aim of the reconstruction of the municipal office is to streamline costs, energy intensity and reduce emissions of the municipal office building and the resulting economic savings to invest in the improvement of services to citizens and visitors of the municipality of Bzenov. The target group is 740 inhabitants of the village of Bzenov.The existing condition of the building is not satisfactory due to outdated construction structures and a number of fillings of holes in the construction, which significantly increase the need for heat for heating.The implementation of the project consists of:from the insulation of the external cladding of the roof exchange of the opening structures by reconstructing the heat source of the installation of solar collectorsthe exchange of light sources of measurement, control and control of energy consumption, it is a building from the 50th years and besides partial replacement of windows and repairs of emergency conditions, the building was not reconstructed. The energy audit shows that the proposed measures can save the municipality EUR 16423 per year. The aim of the municipality is to reduce the energy intensity of the building and from the resources saved, to invest in the development of other activities that will contribute to the improvement of services to citizens and visitors to the village. Le bâtiment du bureau municipal est situé dans le village, qui se trouve dans le district de Prešov dans la région autonome de Prešov et est l’entrée de la région Monténégro.
