Spoločnosť LUVETO s.r.o. bola založená v roku 2016 a bola založená špeciálne na účel podnikania v sfére wellness a fitness, a to konkrétne na vytvorenie komplexu, ktorý bude poskytovať regionálne nové služby v oblasti športu, relaxu a zlepšenia zdravia. Práve na plánovaný projekt by sme chceli využiť možnosť podpory financovania zo zdrojov EÚ. Hlavný predmet činnosti súvisiaci s predkladaným projektom je: Prevádzkovanie zariadení slúžiacich na regeneráciu a rekondíciu Predkladaný projekt je zameraný na spustenie poskytovania služieb na regeneráciu a rekondíciu. Predmetom predkladaného projektu je nákup technologického celku na Relax a šport: Fitness a Saunový svet. Nové technológie budú umiestnené v budove v obci Kolačkov súpisné číslo 138, 065 11, parcelné číslo 36/5 katastrálneho územia obce Kolačkov. Je to budova pohostinstva, ktorá je vo vlastníctve firmy Stamat invest s.r.o. na základe nájomnej zmluvy. Budova bola kompletne zrekonštruovaná a skolaudovaná 9.7.2003.Strategickým cieľom projektu je „vznik novej konkurencieschopnej spoločnosti LUVETO s.r.o.“.Špecifickými cieľmi projektu sú:vytvorenie nových služieb oblasti športu a regenerácietvorba nových pracovných miesttrvalo udržateľný rozvojrast tržieb a pridanej hodnoty podnikuzvýšiť konkurencieschopnosť podniku aj na nových trhochHlavnou aktivitou projektu je „Začatie a rozvoj podnikania MSP“.Hlavná aktivita bude realizovaná prostredníctvom nákupu nového dlhodobého majetku, ktorý bude využívaný na poskytovanie pre žiadateľa nových služieb. Realizáciou hlavnej aktivity projektu dôjde k uvedeniu nového produktu žiadateľa na trh a to konkrétne regeneračných a rekondičných služieb.Vplyvom realizácie projektu budú vytvorené a obsadené 4 pracovné miesta. The company LUVETO s.r.o. was founded in 2016 and was founded specifically for the purpose of doing business in the field of wellness and fitness, namely to create a complex that will provide regionally new services in the field of sport, relaxation and health improvement. It is for the planned project that we would like to make use of the possibility of supporting EU funding. The main activity related to the present project is: Operation of regenerating and reconditioning facilities The project is aimed at launching the provision of services for regeneration and reconditioning. The subject of this project is the purchase of a technological unit for Relax and sport: Fitness and Sauna World. New technologies will be located in the building in the village Kolačkov inventory number 138, 065 11, parcel number 36/5 of the cadastral area of the village Kolačkov. It is a hospitality building owned by Stamat invest s.r.o. on the basis of a lease agreement. The building was completely reconstructed and approved on 9.7.2003. The strategic objective of the project is “the creation of a new competitive company LUVETO s.r.o.”.Specific objectives of the project sú:vytvorenie of new services in the field of sport and regeneration creation of new jobsSustainably develop growth of sales and added value of the company to increase the company’s competitiveness also in new marketsThe main activity of the project is “Start and Development of the SME Business”.The main activity will be realised through the purchase of new long-term assets, which will be used to provide new services for the applicant. The implementation of the main activity of the project will lead to the introduction of a new product of the applicant on the market, namely regeneration and reconditioning services.The impact of the project implementation will be created and occupied 4 jobs. La société LUVETO s.r.o. a été fondée en 2016 et a été fondée spécifiquement dans le but de faire des affaires dans le domaine du bien-être et de la condition physique, à savoir créer un complexe qui fournira des services régionaux nouveaux dans le domaine du sport, de la relaxation et de l’amélioration de la santé. C’est pour le projet prévu que nous souhaitons utiliser la possibilité de soutenir le financement de l’UE. La principale activité liée au présent projet est: Exploitation d’installations de régénération et de remise en état Le projet vise à lancer la fourniture de services de régénération et de remise en état. L’objet de ce projet est l’achat d’une unité technologique pour Relax et sport: Fitness et Sauna World. De nouvelles technologies seront situées dans le bâtiment du village Kolačkov numéro d’inventaire 138, 065 11, numéro de colis 36/5 de la zone cadastrale du village Kolačkov. Il s’agit d’un bâtiment d’accueil appartenant à Stamat invest s.r.o. sur la base d’un contrat de location. Le bâtiment a été entièrement reconstruit et approuvé le 9.7.2003. L’objectif stratégique du projet est «la création d’une nouvelle entreprise compétitive LUVETO s.r.o.».Objectifs spécifiques du projet sú:vytvorenie de nouveaux services dans le domaine du sport et de la création de nouveaux emploisDévelopper durablement la croissance des ventes et la valeur ajoutée de l’entreprise pour augmenter la compétitivité de l’entreprise également sur de nouveaux marchésL’activité principale du projet est «Début et développement de l’entreprise PME Business».L’activité principale sera réalisée par l’achat de nouveaux actifs à long terme, qui seront utilisés pour fournir de nouveaux services pour le candidat. La mise en œuvre de l’activité principale du projet conduira à l’introduction d’un nouveau produit du candidat sur le marché, à savoir les services de régénération et de remise en état. Die Firma LUVETO s.r.o. wurde 2016 gegründet und wurde speziell zum Zweck der Geschäftstätigkeit im Bereich Wellness und Fitness gegründet, um einen Komplex zu schaffen, der regional neue Dienstleistungen im Bereich Sport, Entspannung und Gesundheitsverbesserung bietet. Für das geplante Projekt möchten wir die Möglichkeit nutzen, EU-Mittel zu unterstützen. Die Haupttätigkeit im Zusammenhang mit dem vorliegenden Projekt ist: Betrieb von Regenerations- und Rekonditionierungsanlagen Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen für Regeneration und Rekonditionierung zu starten. Gegenstand dieses Projekts ist der Erwerb einer technologischen Einheit für Relax und Sport: Fitness und Saunawelt. Neue Technologien werden im Gebäude im Dorf Kolačkov Inventarnummer 138, 065 11, Paket Nr. 36/5 des Katastergebiets des Dorfes Kolačkov. Es handelt sich um ein Hotelgebäude im Besitz von Stamat invest s.r.o. auf der Grundlage eines Mietvertrags. Das Gebäude wurde am 9.7.2003 vollständig rekonstruiert und genehmigt. Das strategische Ziel des Projekts ist „die Gründung eines neuen Wettbewerbsunternehmens LUVETO s.r.o.“.Spezifische Ziele des Projekts sú:vytvorenie der neuen Dienstleistungen im Bereich Sport und Regeneration Schaffung neuer ArbeitsplätzeNachhaltige Entwicklung von Umsatz und Mehrwert des Unternehmens zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens auch in neuen MärktenDie Haupttätigkeit des Projekts ist „Start und Entwicklung des KMU-Geschäfts“.Die Haupttätigkeit wird durch den Erwerb neuer langfristiger Vermögenswerte, die verwendet werden, um neue Dienstleistungen für den Antragsteller zu erbringen.
