Účelom navrhovaného projektu je zníženie technologickej medzery SR aplikovaním inovatívnej technológie v spoločnosti KOVOZBER, s.r.o. Inováciu žiadateľ uskutoční v rámci jednej hlavnej aktivity.Predmetom projektu je kúpa, spustenie a uvedenie do prevádzky inovatívnej technológie v oblasti obrábania kovov. Nákup technologickej linky, prostredníctvom ktorej dôjde k inovácii produktu spoločnosti, predstavuje inováciu vysokého stupňa z dôvodu, že pôjde o linku na zhodnocovanie odpadových automobilových katalyzátorov metalurgickým postupom, ktorej výstupom budú kovy platinovej skupiny – platina, paládium a ródium – v metalickej forme, ktoré v čase predloženia ŽoNFP na slovenskom trhu týmto spôsobom nevyrába žiadny iný subjekt. Pomoc tak bude poskytnutá na počiatočnú investíciu (diverzifikácia výroby) prostredníctvom investície do hmotných aktív spoločnosti, ktorou sa dosiahne inovácia produktu. Realizácia projektu prispeje k rastu inovačnej kapacity podniku.Ekologický dopad realizácie predstavuje zníženie znečistenia zložiek životného prostredia v regióne prostredníctvom obstarania inovatívnej technológie s environmentálne vhodným spôsobom nakladania s týmto odpadom a najdôležitejším dopadom realizácie bude zavedenie noého produktu na trh SR, ako výstupu z inovatívnejho zhodnocovania automobilových katalyzátorov. The purpose of the proposed project is to reduce the technological gap of the Slovak Republic by applying innovative technology in the company KOVOZBER, s.r.o. The innovation will be carried out by the applicant within one main activity. The subject of the project is the purchase, launch and commissioning of an innovative technology in the field of metal machining. The purchase of a technological line through which the company’s product is innovated is an innovation of a high degree because it will be a line for the recovery of waste automotive catalysts by metallurgical processes, the output of which will be metals of the platinum group – platinum, palladium and rhodium – in metallic form, which is not produced by any other entity at the time of submission of the application to the Slovak market. The aid will thus be granted for an initial investment (diversification of production) through an investment in the tangible assets of the company that achieves product innovation. Implementation of the project will contribute to the growth of the innovation capacity of the company. The ecological impact of the implementation is to reduce pollution of environmental components in the region through the procurement of innovative technology with environmentally sound management of this waste and the most important impact of the implementation will be the introduction of a new product on the Slovak market, as a result of the innovative recovery of automotive catalysts. L’objectif du projet proposé est de réduire l’écart technologique de la République slovaque en appliquant des technologies innovantes dans la société Kovozber, s.r.o. L’innovation sera réalisée par le demandeur dans le cadre d’une activité principale. Le projet a pour objet l’achat, le lancement et la mise en service d’une technologie innovante dans le domaine de l’usinage des métaux. L’achat d’une ligne technologique par laquelle le produit de l’entreprise est innové est une innovation de grande ampleur car il s’agira d’une ligne de valorisation des déchets de catalyseurs automobiles par des procédés métallurgiques, dont la production sera des métaux du groupe platine — platine, palladium et rhodium — sous forme métallique, qui n’est produit par aucune autre entité au moment de la présentation de la demande sur le marché slovaque. L’aide sera donc accordée pour un investissement initial (diversification de la production) par l’intermédiaire d’un investissement dans les actifs corporels de l’entreprise qui réalise l’innovation des produits. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à la croissance de la capacité d’innovation de l’entreprise. L’impact écologique de la mise en œuvre est de réduire la pollution des composants environnementaux dans la région par l’acquisition de technologies innovantes avec une gestion écologiquement rationnelle de ces déchets et l’impact le plus important de la mise en œuvre sera l’introduction d’un nouveau produit sur le marché slovaque, à la suite de la récupération innovante des catalyseurs automobiles.
