Projektom se provodi istraživanje o pravnoj analizi uređenja položaja policijskih službenika te se putem konferencija promiče zaštita dostojanstva radnika i prava radnika, gradi se bipartitni socijalni dijalog s ciljem unaprjeđenja sustava kolektivnog pregovaranja i naglašava se važnost organizacijske strukture usmjerene na uspostavu modela za efikasnije umrežavanje organizacija socijalnih partnera. U projektu sudjeluju članovi Sindikata policije Hrvatske i članovi Instituta za javnu upravu. (Croatian)

The project carries out a study on the legal analysis of the policing of police officers and promotes protection of workers’ dignity and workers’ rights through conferences, building a bipartite social dialogue with a view to improving collective bargaining systems and highlighting the importance of organisational structure aimed at establishing a model for more efficient networking between the social partners’ organisations. Members of the Croatian Police Union and members of the Institute of Public Administration participate in the project. (English)

Le projet mène une recherche sur l’analyse juridique de la situation des policiers et promeut la protection de la dignité des travailleurs et des droits des travailleurs par le biais de conférences, construit un dialogue social bipartite dans le but d’améliorer le système de négociation collective et souligne l’importance d’une structure organisationnelle visant à établir un modèle de mise en réseau plus efficace des organisations de partenaires sociaux. Des membres de l’Union de police croate et des membres de l’Institut d’administration publique participent au projet. (French)
