Opći cilj projekta je podizanje kvalitete rada službenika zatvorskog i probacijskog sustava te sustava za podršku žrtvama i svjedocima. Ciljanu skupinu čine pravosudni službenici Uprave za zatvorski sustav i probaciju i Službe za podršku žrtvama i svjedocima na županijskim sudovima te suci i državni odvjetnici. Projekt je usmjeren na razvoj i jačanje ljudskih potencijala, koje će se provesti na tri važne razine: unaprijeđenje poslovnih procesa, jačanje profesionalnih kompetencija te osnaživanje službenika i povećanje njihove sigurnosti. The overall aim of the project is to raise the quality of the work of the prison and probation officers and to support victims and witnesses. The target group is made up of the judicial officers of the Prison Service and Probation and Victim Support Services at county courts and judges and prosecutors. The project focuses on the development and enhancement of human resources, which will be carried out at three important levels: improve business processes, strengthen professional competences and empower and increase their security. L’objectif général du projet est d’améliorer la qualité du travail des agents des établissements pénitentiaires, des systèmes de probation et de soutien aux victimes et aux témoins. Le groupe cible est les huissiers de justice de la Direction des prisons et de la probation et le Service d ' aide aux victimes et aux témoins dans les tribunaux de comté, ainsi que les juges et les procureurs. Le projet est axé sur le développement et le renforcement des ressources humaines, qui seront mis en œuvre à trois niveaux importants: améliorer les processus opérationnels, renforcer les compétences professionnelles et responsabiliser les fonctionnaires et accroître leur sécurité.
