    Razvojem i stavljanjem u funkciju 3 nove javne e-usluge u turizmu i platforme za e-Učenje te nabavom informatičke opreme i dizanjem svijesti javnosti o novim e-uslugama poboljšat će se komunikacija između građana i javne uprave u turizmu te povećati učinkovitost i transparentnost javne uprave u pružanju javnih usluga u turizmu prema građanima kroz uspostavu kvalitetnih, brzih i korisnički orijentiranih usluga na višim razinama informatiziranosti, kao i ojačati institucionalni kapaciteti tijela javne uprave i ostalih dionika za rad i korištenje novih suvremenih usluga e-turizma.     By developing and delivering 3 new public e-services, tourism, e-Learning platforms and acquiring IT equipment and raising public awareness about new e-services will improve communication between citizens and public administrations in tourism, and increase the efficiency and transparency of public administrations in delivering public services in tourism to citizens through the establishment of high quality, fast and user-friendly services at higher levels of IT, as well as to strengthen institutional capacities of public administrations and other stakeholders for the operation and use of new modern e-tourism services.     En développant et en mettant en service trois nouveaux services publics en ligne dans le domaine du tourisme et des plateformes d’apprentissage en ligne, ainsi que l’acquisition d’équipements informatiques, et en sensibilisant le public aux nouveaux services en ligne, la communication entre les citoyens et l’administration publique dans le secteur du tourisme et l’amélioration de l’efficacité et de la transparence de l’administration publique dans la prestation de services publics dans le secteur du tourisme à l’intention des citoyens grâce à la mise en place de services de qualité, rapides et orientés vers l’utilisateur à des niveaux plus élevés d’informatisation, ainsi que le renforcement des capacités institutionnelles des organismes d’administration publique et des autres parties prenantes à travailler et à utiliser de nouveaux services de tourisme en ligne modernes.
