Kao preduvjet uspješne realizacije razvojnih projekata iz Intervencijskoga plana, potrebno je ojačati kapacitete grada Knina i njegove partnerske organizacije JU Lokalne razvojne agencije Matica za upravljanje provedbom IP-a, praćenje i ocjenu učinaka. Iako Grad i njegov partner imaju iskustva u provedbi razvojnih projekata, glavni izazov u narednom razdoblju provedbe IP-a proizlazi iz broja projekata, njihove kompleksnosti i visine ulaganja, što će zahtijevati dodatne stručne i administrativne kapacitete. As a prerequisite for a successful realisation of development projects in the Intervention Plan, it is necessary to strengthen the capacity of the city of Knin and its partner organisations of the Matica Local Development Agency for the management of the implementation of IP, monitoring and evaluation of impacts. Although the City and its partner have experience in implementing development projects, the main challenge for the next period of IP implementation comes from the number of projects, their complexity and the level of investment, which will require additional professional and administrative capacity. Comme condition préalable à la réalisation réussie des projets de développement issus du plan d’intervention, il est nécessaire de renforcer les capacités de la ville de Knin et de son organisation partenaire, l’Agence de développement local de l’entreprise commune Matica, pour la gestion de la mise en œuvre, du suivi et de l’évaluation de la PI. Bien que la Ville et son partenaire aient de l’expérience dans la mise en œuvre de projets de développement, le principal défi au cours de la prochaine période de mise en œuvre de la PI tient au nombre de projets, à leur complexité et au niveau d’investissement, ce qui nécessitera des capacités professionnelles et administratives supplémentaires.
