Općina Suhopolje u suradnji s partnerima planira zaposliti 15 žena koje će se skrbiti o 120 krajnjih korisnika na području Općine Suhopolje. Samim projektom se ublažavaju posljedice nezaposlenosti teže zapošljivih skupina, u ovom slučaju žena u lokalnoj zajednici s najviše završenim srednjoškolskim obrazovanjem. Cilj je kroz projekt osposobiti i zaposliti 15 ženskih osoba u Općini Suhopolje koje će po završetku osposobljavanja steći javnu ispravu te na taj način biti konkurentnije na tržištu rada, a također pružati pomoći i podršku krajnjim korisnicima. The municipality of Suhopolis planning to recruit 15 women in cooperation with the partners, with 120 final recipients in the municipality of Suhopolje. The project itself mitigated the effects of unemployment by more employable groups, in this case women in the local community with the highest secondary education. The aim is to train and recruit 15 female people in the Municipal Suchure, which will receive an authentic instrument at the end of the training and thus become more competitive on the labour market, as well as providing assistance and support to end users. La municipalité de Suhopolje, en coopération avec ses partenaires, prévoit d’employer 15 femmes qui s’occuperont de 120 utilisateurs finaux dans la municipalité de Suhopolje. Le projet lui-même atténue les conséquences du chômage pour les groupes les plus difficiles à employer, en l’occurrence les femmes de la communauté locale ayant le plus haut niveau d’enseignement secondaire. L’objectif de ce projet est de former et d’employer 15 femmes dans la municipalité de Suhopolje qui acquerront un document public à l’issue de la formation et seront donc plus compétitives sur le marché du travail, ainsi qu’une assistance et un soutien aux utilisateurs finaux.
