Grad Split se posebno diči s vrijednom kulturnom baštinom i izvrsnim sportskim rezultatima. Pored UNESCO-ve Dioklecijanove palače, Split krije još mnoga kulturna dobra. Također nedovoljno koristi turistički potencijal duge tradicije grada sporta i iznimno uspješnih sportaša. Ovim se integriranim programom ulaganja želi dodatno naglasiti i osnaženo promicati upravo identitet grada Splita kao kulturnog i sportskog središta kroz valorizaciju turistički nedovoljno prepoznatih lokaliteta kulturne baštine kojima će se stvoriti dodatna ponuda i novi turistički proizvodi. The City of Split is particularly dissupported with valuable cultural heritage and excellent sporting results. Apart from UNESCO’s Diamond-like Palace, Split has many more cultural objects. It also makes insufficient use of the tourist potential of the long tradition of the city of sport and of extremely successful athletes. The aim of this integrated investment programme is to further emphasise and promote the identity of the city of Split as cultural and sports centres by valorising the underdeveloped cultural heritage sites that will generate additional supply and new tourism products.
