Ovaj projekt ima za cilj unaprijediti kakvoću socijalnog dijaloga kroz razvoj i jačanje administrativnih i stručnih sposobnosti socijalnih partnera, a što se postiže s jedne strane pojačanom razmjenom iskustava s naprednijim sustavima socijalnog dijaloga, te s druge strane novostečenim vještinama. Dodatno, k tome se sam budući rad socijalnih partnera može osloniti na znanstvenu podlogu u vidu relevantnih podataka koja će biti znanstvenim istraživanjem prikupljeni za područja radnih odnosa i uvjeta i služit će kao temelj usustavljenog rada u budućnosti socijalnog dijaloga. This project aims at improving the quality of social dialogue through the development and strengthening of the administrative and professional capacities of the social partners, by stepping up the exchange of experience with more advanced social dialogue systems, and on the other hand, with new skills. In addition, in addition, the future work of the social partners can rely on the scientific basis in the form of relevant data to be provided by scientific research on employment relations and conditions and will serve as a basis for a systematic work in the future of social dialogue. Ce projet vise à améliorer la qualité du dialogue social par le développement et le renforcement des capacités administratives et professionnelles des partenaires sociaux, qui s’accomplit d’une part par un échange renforcé d’expériences avec des systèmes de dialogue social plus avancés et, d’autre part, par de nouvelles compétences. En outre, les futurs travaux des partenaires sociaux eux-mêmes peuvent s’appuyer sur une base scientifique sous la forme de données pertinentes, qui seront collectées au moyen de recherches scientifiques dans les domaines des relations et des conditions de travail et serviront de base au travail systématique à l’avenir du dialogue social.
