Energetskom obnovom zgrade i provedbom projektnih aktivnosti, ostvarit će se ušteda potrebne toplinske energije za grijanje od 65%. Za ostvarenje navedene uštede predviđena je obnova kompletne ovojnice (sva 4 pročelja i ravni krov).Strojarskim projektom predviđeno je odvajanje sa toplovoda i uvođenje novog sustava dizalice topline. Postojeća rasvjeta fluorescentnim tijelima zamijenit će se LED rasvjetom. (Croatian)

Energy renovation of the building and implementation of project activities will save by 65 % the heating energy needed for heating. It is foreseen to renovate the complete envelope (all 4 facades and sides of the roof) with a view to achieving this saving, a separation between the hot water and the introduction of a new heat pump system is foreseen. Existing fluorescent lights will be replaced by LED lighting. (English)

La rénovation énergétique du bâtiment et la mise en œuvre des activités du projet permettront d’économiser 65 % de chaleur nécessaire au chauffage. Pour réaliser ces économies, il est prévu de rénover toute l’enveloppe (toutes les 4 façades et toit plat). La conception mécanique prévoit la séparation de l’eau chaude et l’introduction d’un nouveau système de pompe à chaleur. L’éclairage existant avec corps fluorescents sera remplacé par un éclairage LED. (French)
