Specifični cilj projekta ukupne vrijednosti 950.000,00 kn je uvesti u tvrtku SPEGRA ERP informacijski sustav u svrhu optimiziranja njezinih 9 poslovnih procesa, postizanja učinkovitije organizacije tijeka rada, poboljšanja interakcije s klijentima i dobavljačima te poboljšanja njezinog tržišnog položaja. Ovaj cilj odgovor je na identificirani glavni projektni problem: nemogućnost efektivnog i efikasnog upravljanja poslovnim procesima tvrtke što utječe na ukupnu konkurentnost tvrtke SPEGRA te njezine prodajne i izvozne rezultate. U skladu s navedenim definirane su ciljane skupine: zaposlenici SPEGRE, klijenti i dobavljači te, gledano na makro razini, u širem dosegu projekta, uža i šira zajednica. (Croatian)

The project’s specific objective of a total value of HRK 950.000,00 is put in place by the SPREGRA ERP system in order to optimise its 9 business processes, achieve a more efficient workflow organisation, improve interaction with customers and suppliers and improve its market position. This objective is the response to the identified main project issue: inability to effectively and efficiently manage the company’s business processes, which affects the overall competitiveness of the SPREGRA and its sales and export performance. In line with the above, target groups are defined: employees of SPEGRE, customers and suppliers and, viewed at macro level, a broader scope of the project, a narrower and wider community. (English)

L’objectif spécifique du projet est d’introduire le système d’information ERP SPEGRA afin d’optimiser ses 9 processus métier, d’améliorer l’organisation des flux de travail, d’améliorer l’interaction avec les clients et les fournisseurs et d’améliorer sa position sur le marché. Cet objectif est la réponse au principal problème de projet identifié: L’incapacité de gérer efficacement et efficacement les processus commerciaux de l’entreprise, ce qui affecte la compétitivité globale de SPEGRA et ses résultats de ventes et d’exportation. Les groupes cibles sont définis en conséquence: employés de SPEGRA, clients et fournisseurs et, au niveau macro, dans la portée plus large du projet, une communauté plus étroite et plus large. Das spezifische Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Unternehmen SPEGRA ERP Informationssystem einzuführen, um seine 9 Geschäftsprozesse zu optimieren, eine effizientere Workflow-Organisation zu erreichen, die Interaktion mit Kunden und Lieferanten zu verbessern und seine Marktposition zu verbessern. Dieses Ziel ist die Antwort auf das ermittelte Hauptproblem des Projekts: die Unfähigkeit, die Geschäftsprozesse des Unternehmens effektiv und effizient zu verwalten, was sich auf die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von SPEGRA sowie seine Verkaufs- und Exportergebnisse auswirkt. Die Zielgruppen werden entsprechend definiert: Mitarbeiter von SPEGRA, Kunden und Lieferanten und, auf Makroebene, in der breiteren Reichweite des Projekts, eine engere und breitere Gemeinschaft.
