Glavni cilj projekta je jačanje tržišne pozicije i konkurentnosti društva Travel Soft d.o.o. ulaganjem u sveobuhvatno IKT rješenje za optimizaciju poslovnih procesa društva. Projektom se rješava ključni problem upravljivosti resursa na svim razinama poslovanja. Provedbom projekta nabavlja se sveobuhvatan skup IKT rješenja za unaprjeđenje poslovnih procesa Travel Soft d.o.o.koje će doprinijeti unaprjeđenju 6 poslovnih procesa. Glavni rezultat provedbe projekta je - Implementirano sveobuhvatno IKT rješenje za poboljšanje poslovnih procesa društva. Koristi od projekte imat će izravno Prijavitelj te korisnici usluga društva, partneri na tržištu i cijela industrija u kojoj društvo posluje. (Croatian)

The main aim of the project is to strengthen the market position and the competitiveness of Travel Soft d.o.o. by investing in a comprehensive ICT solution to optimise the company’s business processes. The project addresses the key problem of managing resources at all levels of business. The implementation of the project provides a comprehensive set of ICT solutions to improve the business process Travel Soft d.o.o., which will contribute to the improvement of the 6 business processes. The main result of the project is the implemented comprehensive ICT solution to improve the business processes of society. The benefits of the project will be directly the applicant, as well as the users of the company’s services, market partners and the whole industry in which the firm operates. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est de renforcer la position sur le marché et la compétitivité de Travel Soft d.o.o. en investissant dans une solution TIC complète pour optimiser les processus commerciaux de l’entreprise. Le projet aborde le problème clé de la gestion des ressources à tous les niveaux de l’entreprise. La mise en œuvre du projet procure un ensemble complet de solutions TIC pour l’amélioration des processus d’affaires Travel Soft d.o.o. qui contribuera à l’amélioration de 6 processus opérationnels. Le principal résultat de la mise en œuvre du projet est — Mise en œuvre d’une solution TIC globale pour améliorer les processus d’affaires de l’entreprise. Le projet bénéficiera directement de la requérante ainsi que des utilisateurs de services de l’entreprise, des partenaires du marché et de l’ensemble de l’industrie dans laquelle la société exerce ses activités.
