Projekt "Unapređenje poslovanja poduzeća Elektro klima projekt d.o.o. kroz nove informacijske tehnologije u svrhu poboljšanja konkurentnosti" za cilj ima optimizaciju postojećeg poslovanja kako bi se poslovni procesi provodili učinkovitije i uspješnije. Provedbom projekta značajno će se unaprijediti svi poslovni procesi, integrirati poslovne funkcije, učinkovitije organizirati tijek poslovanja, poboljšati interakcija s klijentima te poboljšati položaj poduzeća na tržištu na kojem djeluje. Ciljne skupine koje će biti obuhvaćene provedbom projektnih aktivnosti su zaposlenici i klijenti kojima će se pružati bolja i kvalitetnija usluga. (Croatian)

The project “Upgrading the business of Elektro Climate Project d.o.o. through new information technology to improve competitiveness” aims at optimising existing business in order to make business processes more efficient and more effective. The project will significantly improve all business processes, integrate business functions, organise a course of business, improve interaction with customers and improve the position of the company in the market on which it operates. The target groups to be covered by the implementation of the project activities are employees and clients who will provide better and better quality services. (English)

Le projet «Améliorer l’activité d’Elektro Climate Projekt d.o.o. à travers les nouvelles technologies de l’information dans le but d’améliorer la compétitivité» vise à optimiser l’activité existante afin de mettre en œuvre les processus commerciaux plus efficacement et avec succès. La mise en œuvre du projet améliorera considérablement tous les processus métier, intégrera les fonctions commerciales, organisera plus efficacement le cours des affaires, améliorera l’interaction avec les clients et améliorera la position de l’entreprise sur le marché sur lequel elle opère. Les groupes cibles qui seront couverts par la mise en œuvre des activités du projet sont les employés et les clients qui fourniront des services de meilleure qualité et de meilleure qualité. (French)
