Opći cilj projekta je povećanje kvalitete usluga te poboljšanje zaštite okoliša u KALA INŽENJERING d.o.o. te na taj način pridonijeti ostvarenju ovog projekta. Posebni cilj je prilagođavanje zahtjevima tržišta te povećanje konkurentnosti poduzeća na tržištu. Rezultat projekta bit će 2 ishođena certifikata ISO 9001:2015 sustav upravljanja kvalitetom i ISO 14001:2015 sustav upravljanja okolišem. Glavne su ciljne skupine zaposlenici poduzeća KALA INŽENJERING d.o.o. Neizravnu korist imati će ostale zainteresirane strane poduzeća a to su: klijenti, investitori, dobavljači, poslovni partneri, društvena zajednica, tijela državne uprave, financijske institucije... The overall objective of the project is to increase the quality of services and to improve environmental protection in Kala IENING d.o.o., thus contributing to the realisation of this project. The specific objective is to adapt to market requirements and to improve the competitiveness of companies on the market. The project will result in 2 obtained ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system. The main target groups of employees of Kala INŽENJERING d.o.o. would indirectly benefit other interested parties, namely: clients, investors, suppliers, business partners, social communities, public authorities, financial institutions... L’objectif général du projet est d’améliorer la qualité des services et d’améliorer la protection de l’environnement à KALA Inženjering d.o.o. et ainsi contribuer à la réalisation de ce projet. L’objectif spécifique est de s’adapter aux exigences du marché et d’accroître la compétitivité des entreprises sur le marché. Le résultat du projet sera de 2 certificats ISO 9001:2015 système de management de la qualité et ISO 14001:2015 système de management environnemental.
