Projekt "Standardima do prepoznatljivosti" usmjeren je ka unapređenju poslovanja Pučkog otvorenog učilišta POUKA iz Karlovca. Opći cilj projekta je doprinijeti gospodarskom rastu i razvoju unapređenjem konkurentnosti mikro poduzetnika. Specifični cilj je povećati konkurentnost učilišta POUKA na tržištu obrazovanja za odrasle osobe kroz uvođenje međunarodno priznatih normi ISO 9001:2015 i ISO 14001:2015. kako bi učilište postalo prepoznatljivo po kvalitetnoj usluzi koju pruža korisnicima. Usvajanja procesnog pristupa u razvoju, primjeni i poboljšanju djelotvornosti sustava upravljanja kvalitetom, ostvarit ćemo potrebe i zahtjeve polaznika učilišta i upravljati svojim odgovornostima koje se odnose na okoliš na sustavan način. The ‘Stages to know’ project aims to improve the operation of the Open Education College lessons learned from Karlovac. The overall objective of the project is to contribute to economic growth and development by improving the competitiveness of micro-enterprises. The specific objective is to increase the competitiveness of higher education institutions on the education market for adults through the establishment of internationally recognised ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015, so that the education institution becomes identifiable at a quality service provided to users. By adopting a process approach in developing, applying and improving the effectiveness of quality management systems, we will have to address the needs and demands of the learner’s students and manage their environmental responsibilities in a systematic way. Le projet «Normes de reconnaissance» vise à améliorer les activités de l’Université ouverte publique de Karlovac. L’objectif général du projet est de contribuer à la croissance économique et au développement en améliorant la compétitivité des microentrepreneurs. L’objectif spécifique est d’accroître la compétitivité des établissements d’enseignement sur le marché de l’éducation des adultes par l’introduction de normes internationalement reconnues ISO 9001:2015 et ISO 14001:2015 afin de rendre l’établissement d’enseignement reconnaissable par le service de qualité qu’il fournit aux utilisateurs. En adoptant une approche de processus dans l’élaboration, la mise en œuvre et l’amélioration de l’efficacité des systèmes de gestion de la qualité, nous répondrons aux besoins et aux exigences des étudiants de l’université et gérerons nos responsabilités environnementales de manière systématique.
