Realizacija ovog projekta rezultirat će turističkim naseljem kategorizacije 4*, a u ukupnom portfelju tvrtke Rotokor će pridonjeti povećanjem kapaciteta za 9 novih smještajnih jedinica, odnosno za 18 ležaja. Projektom će se također ostvariti dodatni sadržaji turističkog naselja u obliku jezera i mini golf igrališta. Vrijednost projekta je 16.758.785,86, a njegovi učinci 6 novih radnih mjesta. rast prihoda od prodaje u turizmu za 43% popunjenost smještajnih kapaciteta ugostiteljskog objekta 40% te rad objekta tijekom svih 12 mjeseci. The project will also deliver additional tourism facilities in the form of the lake and the mini golf course. La réalisation de ce projet se traduira par une catégorisation 4* de la station touristique, et dans le portefeuille total de la société Rotokor contribuera à une augmentation de la capacité de 9 nouvelles unités d’hébergement, c’est-à-dire pour 18 lits. Le projet réalisera également des installations supplémentaires d’une station touristique sous la forme d’un lac et d’un mini golf. La valeur du projet est de 16.758.785,86 et ses effets sont de 6 nouveaux emplois.
