Ulaganjem u IKT sustave i infrastrukturu, riješit će se ključni problem poslovanja Obrta Marko: povećat će se učinkovitost, optimizirat će se, digitalizirati i povezati 10 poslovnih procesa, educirati 9 djelatnika, zaposliti 2 nova zaposlenika uz zadržavanje svih postojećih radnih mjesta, povećat će se konkurentnost poduzeća i doprinijeti povećanju konkurentnosti MSP-ova u sektoru turizma na područjima s razvojnim posebnostima u RH. Obrt će tako ojačati svoju tržišnu poziciju, uz ostvarivanje pozitivnog utjecaja na ciljane skupine: zaposlenike i menadžment, klijente i društvo u cjelini. (Croatian)

Investing in ICT systems and infrastructure, addressing the key issue of the trade of Marko: it will increase efficiency, optimise, digitise and connect 10 business processes, educate 9 staff, recruit 2 new employees while maintaining all existing jobs, increase the competitiveness of companies and contribute to increasing the competitiveness of SMEs in the tourism sector in areas of particular development in Croatia. Investir dans les systèmes et les infrastructures TIC permettra de résoudre le problème commercial clé d’Obrta Marko: il permettra d’accroître l’efficacité, d’optimiser, de numériser et de connecter 10 processus commerciaux, d’éduquer 9 employés, de recruter 2 nouveaux employés tout en conservant tous les emplois existants, d’accroître la compétitivité des entreprises et de contribuer à accroître la compétitivité des PME dans le secteur du tourisme dans les zones présentant des spécificités de développement en République de Croatie. L’artisanat renforcera ainsi sa position sur le marché, avec un impact positif sur les groupes cibles: les employés et la direction, les clients et la société dans son ensemble. (French)
