ODDALONYCH OD RYNKU PRACY I MIN. 60% ON DO UDZIAŁU W ŻYCIU SPOŁECZNO-ZAWODOWYM POPRZEZ INKLUZJĘ SPOŁECZNĄ UP I POPRAWĘ ICH ZDOLNOŚCI DO ZATRUDNIENIA W OKRESIE 6.2017-11.2018 Zakres projektu: realizacja usług aktywnej integracji, dopasowanych do predyspozycji UP, skonsultowanych z PUP i zgodnych z potrzebami region. rynku pracy. Efekt projektu: ograniczenie zagrożenia wykluczeniem społ. poprzez realizację wsparcia zwiększającego szanse UP na powrót do aktywności społ.-zaw. GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ [GD] stanowi 80 os. (43K/37M), zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. ze względu na niepełnosprawność i/lub poziom oddalenia od rynku pracy, które w dniu przystąpienia do projektu spełnią łącznie następujące kryteria: 1. Wiek produkcyjny; 2. Status os. zagrożonej ubóstwem, wykluczeniem społ. , w tym min. 20% GD doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia społ. i ubóstwa; 3. Status ON – min. 60% GD; 10% z I gr. inwalidzką, niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną, intelektualną, zaburz. psych.; 4. Status os. bezrobotnej, zarejestrowanej w PUP z orzeczonym III profilem pomocy (os. oddalonej od rynku pracy) – min. 40% GD lub os. biernej zaw., bezrobotnej niezarejestrowanej w PUP; 5. Zamieszkiwanie, zgodnie z KC, na terenie woj. wlkp. W RAMACH PROJEKTU PLANUJE SIĘ REALIZACJĘ NW. USŁUG AKTYWNEJ INTEGRACJI: Opracowanie IPD dla 80UP; Trening kompetencji i umiejętności społ. dla 80UP; Certyfikowane szkol. zaw. dla 32UP; Staże zaw. dla 80UP; Zatrudnienie wspomagane dla 24UP. Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie poniższych REZULTATÓW: - Min.56% UP poprawi swoją sytuację społ.-zaw., z czego min. 22% UP zdobędzie zatrudnienie w wyniku realizacji usług aktywnej integracji (w przyp. osób w szczeg. trudnej sytuacji zdrowotnej ww. wskaźniki wynoszą odp. 46%/12%); - Min.87% UP uzyska kwalifikacje zaw. lub kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu. Remote OD OF RYNU WORK AND MIN. 60 % ON IN ACCORDANCE FOR SOCIAL SOCIAL AREA IN PARTICIPATION OF SOCIAL PARTICIPATION OF AND LEGISLATION FOR EMPLOYMENT IN PERIOD 6.2017-11.2018 Project scope: implementation of active inclusion services fitted at the disposal of the UP, in consultation with the PLO and in accordance with the needs of the regions. Project effect: reducing the risk of social exclusion by implementing support that enhances the capacity of the PA to return to the rest of the world. The target group [GD] is 80. (43K/37M), who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion due to disability and/or level of exclusion from the labour market which, at the date of joining the project, will meet the following cumulative criteria: 1. The production age; 2. Risk of poverty, social exclusion Including 20 % GD with multiple social exclusion and poverty; 3. The status of ON — min 60 % GD; 10 % of the age of 1 year old age, disability, intellectual property, disability. 4. The unemployed person’s status as unemployed, registered in PLO with a pronounced (dismissed from the labour market) with a minimum of 40 % GD or passive inactivity, unemployed not registered in the PUP; 5. Residence, in accordance with the Customs Code, in the territory of Wlkp. THE PROJECT PLANS TO IMPLEMENT HP. ACTIVE INCLUSION SERVICES: Development of IPDs for 80UP; Training of competences and social skills for 80UP; Certified. for 32UP; 80UP traineeships; Employment supported for 24UP. The project involves the achievement of the following resolutions: — Min.56 % of the UP will improve their situation, of which at least 22 % of the UP will gain employment as a result of active inclusion services (in the case of people in particular). 46 %/12 %); — Min.87 % UP will acquire qualification or competence upon leaving the programme.
