The Centro Qualifica ESPRODOURO, based in S. João da Pesqueira, in the demarcated region of the Douro, faces the problems of interiority, namely the low population density and the high index (approx. 85 %) of illiteracy of the POPULAÃ3n. The increase in the school qualifications of the durienses and the energised actions in partnership with other FORMAÃ3n centers foster entrepreneurship by affirming the center as the value agent of the region.
