Združenje EPEKA, so. p., bo v okviru projekta “Mladi z manj priložnostmi s pomočjo mladinskega dela do zaposlitve” nadaljevalo svoje poslanstvo povezave mladinskega dela, socialnega podjetništva in vključevanja romske manjšine tako, da bo izobraževalo in usposabljalo mlade z manj priložnostmi (med njimi bodo v več kot 50 odstotkih pripadniki romske etnične manjšine) z različnimi oblikami aktivnosti na način neformalnega izobraževanja za pridobitev ključnih učnih kompetenc, ki so nujne za dosego kasnejše bodisi zaposlitve bodisi samostojne socialnopodjetniške poti. The Association EPEKA, Soc. Ent., will continue its mission of connecting youth work, social entrepreneurship and integration of the Roma minority by educating and training young people with fewer opportunities (more than 50 % of them will be members of the Roma ethnic minority) with various forms of non-formal education to acquire key learning competences that are necessary to achieve later either employment or independent social entrepreneurship paths within the framework of the project “Youth with fewer opportunities”. Ent., poursuivra sa mission consistant à relier l’animation socio-éducative, l’entrepreneuriat social et l’intégration de la minorité rom en éduquant et en formant les jeunes ayant moins d’opportunités (plus de 50 % d’entre eux seront membres de la minorité ethnique rom) à diverses formes d’éducation non formelle afin d’acquérir des compétences d’apprentissage clés qui sont nécessaires pour parvenir ultérieurement à des parcours d’emploi ou d’entrepreneuriat social indépendants dans le cadre du projet «Jeunesse avec moins d’opportunités». Die Vereinigung EPEKA, Soc. Ent., wird ihre Aufgabe fortsetzen, Jugendarbeit, soziales Unternehmertum und Integration der Roma-Minderheit zu verbinden, indem junge Menschen mit geringeren Chancen (mehr als 50 % davon Mitglieder der ethnischen Minderheit der Roma) mit verschiedenen Formen der nichtformalen Bildung ausgebildet und ausgebildet werden, um im Rahmen des Projekts „Jugend mit weniger Chancen“ wichtige Lernkompetenzen zu erwerben, die erforderlich sind, um später entweder eine Beschäftigung oder ein unabhängiges soziales Unternehmertum zu erreichen.
