Operacija obsega implementacijo ERP sistema v oblaku, implementacijo digitalnega logističnega dvojčka v proizvodnjo, postavitev dashborda KPI, nadgradnja in osebni coaching digitalnih kompetenc zaposlenih, uvedba odprtega inoviranja v inovacijski proces, izvedba penetracisjkega testa in odprava pomanjkljivosti, nakup strojne opreme ter projekt snovne učinkovitosti in robotizacije testiranja. Z operacijo se bodo izboljšale kompetence zaposlenih v vodstvu in proizvodnji ter povečala dodana vrednost na zaposlenega. (Slovenian)

The operation includes the implementation of the ERP cloud system, the implementation of the digital logistic twin in production, the installation of the dashbord KPI, the upgrading and personal coaching of the employees’ digital competences, the introduction of open innovation into the innovation process, the execution of the penetracis test and the elimination of deficiencies, the purchase of hardware and the project of material efficiency and robotisation of testing. The operation will improve the competences of management and manufacturing staff and increase the added value per employee. (English)

L’opération comprend la mise en œuvre du système cloud ERP, la mise en œuvre du jumeau logistique numérique en production, l’installation du KPI Dashbord, la mise à niveau et le coaching personnel des compétences numériques des employés, l’introduction de l’innovation ouverte dans le processus d’innovation, l’exécution du test penetracis et l’élimination des défaillances, l’achat de matériel et le projet d’efficacité matérielle et de robotisation des tests. L’opération permettra d’améliorer les compétences du personnel de gestion et de fabrication et d’accroître la valeur ajoutée par salarié. (French)

Der Betrieb umfasst die Implementierung des ERP-Cloud-Systems, die Implementierung des digitalen logistischen Zwillings in der Produktion, die Installation des Dashbord-KPI, das Upgrade und das persönliche Coaching der digitalen Kompetenzen der Mitarbeiter, die Einführung offener Innovationen in den Innovationsprozess, die Durchführung des Penetracis-Tests und die Beseitigung von Mängeln, der Erwerb von Hardware und das Projekt der Materialeffizienz und Robotisierung von Tests. Mit dem Vorhaben werden die Kompetenzen des Management- und Fertigungspersonals verbessert und der Mehrwert pro Mitarbeiter erhöht. (German)
