Konzorcij M.C.Ruk je sestavljen modularno, izhajajoč iz treh lokalno-regionalno-nacionalno-evropsko-globalno umeščenih institucij in platform, ki vpenjajo druge akterje v svojih okoljih, platformah in mrežah. Vsak center raziskovalnih umetnosti kapilarno sega v lokalne in regionalne ter tudi nacionalne in mednarodne centre. V prvi fazi projekta nameravajo partnerji okrepiti sodelovanje inštitucij na področju izobraževanja in znanosti, tehnologije in gospodarstva, kulture in umetnosti ter nadgrajevati že obstoječe vire in infrastrukturo, jih tehnološko obnavljati in dopolnjevati, konstantno izobraževati kadre intenzivnem in živem informacijskem in prezentacijskem pretoku.Platforma mreže predstavlja podporno okolje investicijam z družbenim učinkom z navezavo na cilje trajnostnega razvoja, uporabnih in drugih umetnosti ter kreativnih rešitev na področju digitalnih tehnologij v krožnem gospodarstvu, socialnih inovacijah ter kulturnih in kreativnih rešitvah. The M.C.Ruk Consortium is structured in a modular way, starting from three local-regional-national-european-global-based institutions and platforms that embed other actors in their respective environments, platforms and networks. Each centre of research arts reaches into local and regional, as well as national and international centres. In the first phase of the project, the partners intend to strengthen the cooperation of institutions in the fields of education and science, technology and economy, culture and arts, as well as to upgrade existing resources and infrastructure, to technologically renovate and complement them, to constantly educate staff to intensive and lively information and presentation flows.Platform of the network represents a supportive environment for investments with social impact linked to the goals of sustainable development, applied and other arts and creative solutions in the field of digital technologies in circular economy, social innovation and cultural and creative solutions. Le consortium M.C.Ruk est structuré de manière modulaire, à partir de trois institutions et plateformes locales, régionales, nationales, européennes et mondiales qui intègrent d’autres acteurs dans leurs environnements, plateformes et réseaux respectifs. Chaque centre de recherche artistique rejoint les centres locaux et régionaux, ainsi que les centres nationaux et internationaux. Dans la première phase du projet, les partenaires ont l’intention de renforcer la coopération des institutions dans les domaines de l’éducation et de la science, de la technologie et de l’économie, de la culture et des arts, ainsi que de mettre à niveau les ressources et les infrastructures existantes, de les rénover et de les compléter sur le plan technologique, d’éduquer en permanence le personnel aux flux d’information et de présentation intensifs et animés.La plateforme du réseau représente un environnement favorable aux investissements ayant un impact social lié aux objectifs du développement durable, des arts appliqués et d’autres solutions créatives dans le domaine des technologies numériques dans l’économie circulaire, l’innovation sociale et les solutions culturelles et créatives.
