Στην πράξη περιλαμβάνεται η βελτίωση και αναβάθμιση της 7ης Επαρχιακής Οδού Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Μεσσηνίας συνολικού μήκους 8,410 χλμ. με κατεύθυνση από Νότο προς Βορρά στα Τμήματα Μεσσήνη Εύα και Εύα Λάμπαινα. Το έργο από την αρχή έως το τέλος κατασκευάζεται επί του υφιστάμενου δρόμου. Ειδικότερα:Α. Στο τμήμα Μεσσήνη Εύα η παρέμβαση ξεκινά από τη συμβολή του Κόμβου της Περιφερειακής Οδού Μεσσήνης με την 7η Επαρχιακή Οδό στη Χ.Θ. 0+000, κατευθύνεται βόρεια και καταλήγει στην αρχή της Παράκαμψης Εύας στη Χ.Θ. 5+652,41, δηλαδή έχει συνολικό μήκος 5.652,41 μέτραΒ. Στο τμήμα Εύα Λάμπαινα η παρέμβαση ξεκινά από το τέλος της Παράκαμψης Εύας, ακριβώς μετά τη γέφυρα στο ρέμα Λιγίδη, στη Χ.Θ. 0+100 κατευθύνεται βόρεια, στη Βαλύρα και καταλήγει στο τέλος του νέου Ισόπεδου Κόμβου προς Αρχαία Μεσσήνη (στην συμβολή με την 22α επαρχιακή οδό εντός της Λάμπαινας) στη Χ.Θ. 2+858,00, δηλαδή έχει συνολικό μήκος 2.758,00 μέτρα. Στα εν λόγω τμήματα γίνεται βελτίωση της υπάρχουσας οδού, με μικρή μεταβολή της οριζοντιογραφικής χάραξης και αλλαγή της τυπικής διατομής της υπάρχουσας οδού (τυπική διατομή μεγαλύτερου πλάτους κυκλοφορούμενης οδού), ώστε να ικανοποιούνται οι συνθήκες ασφαλούς και ομαλής κυκλοφορίας, ο αυξημένος κυκλοφοριακός φόρτος της περιοχής και η βελτίωση της απορροής της ανάντη περιοχής και αποστράγγισης της οδού. In practice, the improvement and upgrading of the 7th Provincial Road of the Regional Unit of Messinia with a total length of 8.410 km, heading from south to north, to the Messini Eva and Eva Labena sections. The project is constructed from beginning to end on the existing road. In particular:A. In Messina Eva the intervention starts from the confluence of the Node of the Regional Road of Messina with the 7th Provincial Road in C.T. 0+ 000, heading north and ends at the beginning of the Eva bypass in the Ch.T. 5+ 652.41, i.e. it has a total length of 5,652,41 metersN. In the section Eva Lambena, the intervention starts at the end of the Eva Bypass, just after the bridge at Ligidis stream, in C.T. 0+ 100 heading north, to Valvra and ends at the end of the new level node to Ancient Messini (at the confluence with the 22nd provincial road within Lambena) at the C.T. 2+ 858.00, i.e. it has a total length of 2,758,00 meters. These sections improve the existing road, with a slight change in horizontal mapping and a change in the typical cross-section of the existing road (typical cross section of the greater width of circulating road), in order to satisfy the conditions of safe and smooth traffic, the increased traffic load of the area and the improvement of the drainage of the upstream area and drainage of the road. L’opération comprend l’amélioration et la modernisation de la 7e unité régionale de la route provinciale de Messinie, d’une longueur totale de 8,410 km, avec une direction sud-nord dans les départements de Messini Eve et Eva Lampina. Le projet, du début à la fin, est construit sur la route existante. Plus précisément:A. Dans la section Messini Eve, l’intervention commence à partir de la contribution du nœud routier régional de Messini avec la 7e route provinciale à K.P. 0+ 000, se dirigeant vers le nord et se terminant au début de Bypass Eva au K.P. 5+ 652,41, soit une longueur totale de 5 652,41 mètres. Dans la section Eva Lampina, l’intervention commence à la fin du contournement d’Eva, juste après le pont au ruisseau de Ligidis, à K.P. 0+ 100 en direction nord, jusqu’à Valvra et se termine à la fin du nouveau nœud de niveau jusqu’à Ancient Messini (sur la jonction avec la 22e route provinciale à l’intérieur de Lampina) au K.P. 2+ 858,00, c’est-à-dire qu’elle a une longueur totale de 2.758,00 mètres. Ces tronçons améliorent la route existante, avec une légère modification de la structure horizontale et une modification de la section transversale typique de la route existante (section transversale typique d’une largeur de route plus grande) pour satisfaire aux conditions de sécurité et de fluidité de la circulation, à l’augmentation de la charge de circulation de la zone et à l’amélioration du ruissellement de la zone en amont et au drainage de la route.
