Projektom je predviđena rekonstrukcija ovojnice zgrade koja obuhvaća četiri građevinske mjere (toplinsku izolaciju vanjskih zidova, toplinsku izolaciju stropa prema negrijanog tavana i izolacija dijela temelja i sokla, izolaciju kosog krova iznad grijanog dijela), te dvije strojarske mjere (Ugradnja visokoučinkovitog plinskog kondenzacijskog kotla te ugradnja dizalice topline za pripremu PTV) a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2. The project provides for the renovation of the building envelope comprising four structural measures (thermal insulation of external walls, thermal insulation of the ceiling to an unheated attic, insulation of part of the foundations, insulation of the part of the roof above the heated part), and two engine mechanical measures (construction of a high efficient gas condensing boiler and the installation of heat pumps for DHW generation), all with the aim of reducing energy input and harmful CO2 emissions. Le projet prévoit la reconstruction de l’enveloppe du bâtiment, qui comprend quatre mesures de construction (isolation thermique des murs extérieurs, isolation thermique du plafond vers le grenier non chauffé et isolation d’une partie de la fondation et du jus, isolation du toit incliné au-dessus de la partie chauffée) et deux mesures mécaniques (Installation d’une chaudière à condensation de gaz à haut rendement et installation d’une pompe à chaleur pour la préparation de TVP) toutes afin de réduire la consommation d’énergie et les émissions nocives de CO2.
