Projektom je planirana energetska obnova koja obuhvaća četiri građevinske mjere (dodavanje, obnova i zamjena dijelova omotača grijanog dijela zgrade, toplinska izolacija podova i stropova unutar zgrade i zamjena vanjske stolarije, te izrada rampe za osobe s teškoćama u kretanju) te jedna elektrotehnička mjera (zamjena postojećeg sustava rasvjete sa energetski učinkovitom LED rasvjetom) a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2. Le projet prévoyait la rénovation énergétique qui comprend quatre mesures de construction (ajout, rénovation et remplacement de parties de l’enveloppe de la partie chauffée du bâtiment, isolation thermique des planchers et plafonds à l’intérieur du bâtiment et remplacement de la menuiserie extérieure, ainsi que la construction d’une rampe pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité) et une mesure électrique (remplacement du système d’éclairage existant par un éclairage LED économe en énergie) afin de réduire la consommation d’énergie et les émissions nocives de CO2.
