Projektom je planirana energetska obnova koja obuhvaća devet građevinskih mjera (toplinsku izolaciju vanjskih zidova, zida prema tlu, zidova prema negrijanom neuređenom potkrovlju, stropa prema neuređenom negrijanom potkrovlju, kosog krova nad grijanim prostorom (ulaz u neuređeno potkrovlje), stropa iznad grijanog prostora (strop prema terasi), stropova prema vanjskom zraku, poda prema vanjskom zraku, zamjenom vanjske stolarije) te tri strojarske mjere (rekonstrukcije sustava grijanja, uvođenje sustava hlađenja zgrade dizalicom topline te ugradnja termostatskih ventila) a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2. The project is planned with energy renovations comprising nine building measures (thermal insulation of external walls, ground wall, walls bordering the unheated roof, the ceiling on unheated roof, the sloping roof over the heated space (entrance into unregulated subroof), ceilings over the heated space (ceiling towards terrace), external air ceilings, floor towards external air, the external trim exchange, the exchange of exterior trim, and installation of thermostatic valves), and all with the aim of reducing energy and harmful CO2 emissions. Le projet prévoit une rénovation énergétique comprenant neuf mesures de construction (isolation thermique des murs extérieurs, murs au sol, murs au grenier non chauffé, plafond au grenier non chauffé, toit incliné sur l’espace chauffé (entrée au grenier non couvert), plafond au-dessus de l’espace chauffé (plafond vers la terrasse), plafonds à l’air extérieur, sol à air extérieur, remplacement de la menuiserie extérieure) et trois mesures mécaniques (reconstruction des systèmes de chauffage, mise en place d’un système de refroidissement du bâtiment par pompe à chaleur et installation de vannes thermostatiques) afin de réduire la consommation d’énergie et les émissions nocives de CO2.
