Το έργο συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Ευρωπαϊκό Κοινωνικό Ταμείο, έχει διάρκεια 36 μήνες και αποσκοπεί στην δημιουργία ενός Κέντρου Κοινότητας, τη λειτουργία του οποίου θα αναλάβει ο Δήμος Σαρωνικού. Μέσω της λειτουργίας της νέας αυτής κοινωνικής δομής θα παρέχονται συμπληρωματικές υπηρεσίες κοινωνικής υποστήριξης και βοήθειας σε ευπαθείς ομάδες πληθυσμού του Δήμου Σαρωνικού και κυρίως σε αυτούς που βρίσκονται κάτω από το όριο της φτώχειας και κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού, ΑμεΑ, κ.α., χωρίς ωστόσο να αποκλείονται οι υπόλοιπες. Στόχος του Δικαιούχου είναι αποτελεσματική κάλυψη της ζήτησης των κατοίκων για ποιοτικές, εξατομικευμένες υπηρεσίες κοινωνικής φροντίδας, παρέχοντας περισσότερο εξατομικευμένη υποστήριξη στις ευάλωτες κοινωνικά ομάδες της περιοχής, αποφεύγοντας ταυτόχρονα πιθανά προβλήματα επικαλύψεων, αλλά και κενών παρέμβασης σε τομείς κοινωνικών δράσεων.Το νέο Κέντρο Κοινότητας θα στεγαστεί σε ενοικιαζόμενο χώρο στα Καλύβια Θωρικού σε κτήριο που θα καλύπτει μεταξύ άλλων τις ακόλουθες προδιαγραφές: θα συνιστά σημείο υποδοχής και πρώτης καταγραφής του κοινωνικού ιστορικού των ωφελουμένων κατοίκων του Δήμου Σαρωνικού και των αναγκών εξατομικευμένης ενδυνάμωσης και υποστήριξής τους. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, παρακολουθεί (follow up) όπου αυτό είναι δυνατό την πορεία των ωφελουμένων επικαιροποιώντας το ατομικό τους ιστορικό.θα παραπέμπει τα ωφελούμενα άτομα σε επιμέρους υπάρχουσες κοινωνικές δομές-φορείς για την υποστήριξή τους (π.χ. ΟΑΕΔ, ΕΣΥ, ΜΚΟ, Παρόχους επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης, Πιστοποιημένα κέντρα συμβουλευτικής κλπ) για την εξυπηρέτηση των αναγκών τους, συμβάλλοντας έτσι στην αξιοποίηση των εν λόγω φορέων και Υπηρεσιών.θα έχει εγκατεστημένο πληροφοριακό σύστημα στο οποίο θα συλλέγει έγκαιρα, μεταξύ άλλων, δεδομένα που αφορούν στους ωφελουμένους, στη λειτουργία των Κέντρων Κοινότητας και στις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες προς τα ωφελούμενα άτομα, από την έναρξη μέχρι και τη λήξη της χρηματοδότησης για την εποπτεία και τον έλεγχο της λειτουργίας της δομής ο Δήμος θα συνεργάζεται με την Κοινωνική Δ/νση της Περιφέρειας Αττικής. Επιπρόσθετα τα διοικητικά και οικονομικά ζητήματα του Κέντρου θα εποπτεύονται από την αρμόδια διοικητική και οικονομική διεύθυνση του Δήμου.για την κατάλληλη ενημέρωση και πληροφόρηση της τοπικής κοινότητας, η δομή Θα μεριμνά σε συνεργασία με το Δήμο για τη διασφάλιση της τήρησης των προβλεπόμενων όρων ενημέρωσης και πληροφόρησηςΝα σημειωθεί ότι στο πλαίσιο του έργου ο Δήμος Σαρωνικού και Δικαιούχος, θα προβεί στην απασχόληση δύο (2) ατόμων. The project is co-financed by the European Social Fund, lasting 36 months and aims at the creation of a Community Centre to be operated by the Municipality of Saronicos. Through the operation of this new social structure, additional social support and assistance services will be provided to vulnerable groups of the Saronic Municipality and especially those below the poverty line and social exclusion, disabled, etc., but the others are not excluded. The objective of the Beneficiary is an effective response to the demand of residents for quality, personalised social care services, providing more personalised support to vulnerable social groups in the region, while avoiding possible problems of overlaps and gaps in social activities.The new Community Centre will be housed in a rented area in Kalyvia Thorikos in a building that will cover among others the following specifications: It will be a point of reception and first recording of the social history of the beneficiaries of the Saronic Municipality and the needs of their personalised empowerment and support. In this context, it monitors (follow up) where possible the progress of the beneficiaries by updating their individual background. it will refer the beneficiaries to individual social structures – bodies for their support (e.g. OAED, NGO, NGO, Vocational Training Providers, Certified Advisory Centres, etc.) to serve their needs, thereby contributing to the utilisation of these bodies and Services.It will have an established information system in which it will collect, in a timely manner, the capacity of the CENTRE, to the benefit of the Community, to the extent of its benefit, to the benefit of the Community, to the benefit of the CIT and to the benefit of its services, to the benefit of the CIT, to the benefit of the CIT and to the end of its operation.
