Η πράξη έχει ως στόχο την βελτίωση της αστικής κινητικότητας και της ποιότητας ζωής στην πόλη της Καρδίτσας. Αφορά στη διαμόρφωση των πεζοδρομίων και στη δημιουργία ποδηλατοδρόμου στην οδό Ηρώων Πολυτεχνείου και συγκεκριμένα:- Διαμόρφωση διαπλάτυνση των πεζοδρομίων στη δυτική πλευρά της οδού για την προσθήκη λωρίδας ποδηλάτου μονής καθώς και προσθήκη προστατευτικής λωρίδας μεταξύ του ποδηλάτου και του αυτοκινήτου,η οποία περιλαμβάνει φύτευση, φωτισμό και αστικό εξοπλισμό. Προβλέπεται επίσης διαπλάτυνση στις διασταυρώσεις των πεζοδρομίων στην ανατολική πλευρά της Ηρώων Πολυτεχνείου με βύθιση της γωνίας για την διευκόλυνση πρόσβασης των ΑΜΕΑ.- Διαμόρφωση διαπλάτυνση πεζοδρομίων για τη δημιουργία διπλής κατεύθυνσης ποδηλατόδρομου στο τελευταίο Ο.Τ. της οδού Κουμουνδούρου πριν την οδό Θεσσαλιώτιδος.- Διαμόρφωση πεζοποδηλατόδρομου (με οριζόντια και κατακόρυφη σήμανση) στον μικρό ανώνυμο δρόμο πριν την Θεσσαλιώτιδος και μικτής χρήσης ποδηλάτων και μηχανοκίνητων οχημάτων σε όλη την οδό Φλωράκη.Επίσης περιλαμβάνεται υπογείωση του δικτύου της ΔΕΔΔΗΕ στις οδούς Ηρώων Πολυτεχνείου και στο τελευταίο Ο.Τ. της οδού Κουμουνδούρου πριν την οδό Θεσσαλιώτιδος. The action aims to improve urban mobility and quality of life in the city of Karditsa. It concerns the shaping of the pedestrians and the creation of a cycling road on Heroes Polytechnic Street and specifically:- Shaping widening of the pedestrians on the west side of the road for the addition of a single bicycle lane as well as the addition of a protective strip between the bicycle and the car, which includes planting, lighting and urban equipment. There is also provision for widening at the pedestrian crossings on the eastern side of Heroon Polytechnicio with a sinking of the corner to facilitate access of disabled persons.- Formulation of pedestrians widening for the creation of a two-way cycling road in the last O.T. of Koumoundourou street before Thessaly Street.Kousaiotis Str. L’opération vise à améliorer la mobilité urbaine et la qualité de vie dans la ville de Karditsa. Elle concerne la configuration du trottoir et la création d’une route cyclable sur la rue Iroon Polytechniou, à savoir:- La formation du trottoir du côté ouest de la route pour l’ajout d’une seule voie cyclable ainsi que l’ajout d’une voie de protection entre le vélo et la voiture, qui comprend la plantation, l’éclairage et l’équipement urbain. Il est également prévu d’élargir aux intersections du trottoir du côté est de Heroes Polytechniou avec l’immersion du coin pour faciliter l’accès des personnes handicapées.- Formant l’élargissement du trottoir pour créer une piste cyclable bidirectionnelle au dernier P.T. de la rue Koumoundourou avant la rue Thessaliotida.- Configuration d’une rue piétonne (avec marquage horizontal et vertical) sur la petite route anonyme avant Thessaliotida et utilisation mixte de vélos et de véhicules automobiles dans la rue Floraki. réseau HEDNO sur les rues Iroon Polytechniou et au dernier P.T. de la rue Koumoundourou avant la rue Thessaliotidis.
