Η πράξη αφορά στην ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του κτιρίου του 6ου Δημοτικού Σχολείου Καρδίτσας. Πρόκειται για υφιστάμενο σχολικό κτίριο Ενεργειακής Κατηγορίας Δ, το οποίο αναμένεται να αναβαθμιστεί σε Κατηγορία Β με βελτίωση των ενεργειακών χαρακτηριστικών του.Η ενεργειακή αναβάθμιση του κτιρίου περιλαμβάνει τις εξής παρεμβάσεις: Θερμομόνωση εξωτερικών επιφανειών, θερμομόνωση οροφής, αντικατάσταση κουφωμάτων με νέα ανοιγόμενα αλουμινίου, παρεμβάσεις στο σύστημα θέρμανσης, μόνωση σωληνώσεων, εγκατάσταση ανεμιστήρων οροφής, αντικατάσταση των φωτιστικών με νέα τύπου Led.Από την λειτουργία της πράξης αναμένεται η μείωση της κατανάλωσης ενέργειας του κτιρίου και η μείωση των εκπομπών CO2 μέσω της αναβάθμισης της Κατηγορίας Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης του κτιρίου, και παράλληλα η αναβάθμιση των συνθηκών θερμικής άνεσης και, κατ επέκταση, η ποιοτική βελτίωση των συνθηκών λειτουργίας του σχολείου και της διαβίωσης των μαθητών και του εκπαιδευτικού προσωπικού. The act concerns the energy upgrade of the building of the 6th Primary School of Karditsa. It is an existing school building of Energy Class D, which is expected to be upgraded to Category B with an improvement of its energy characteristics.The energy upgrade of the building includes the following interventions: Thermal insulation of external surfaces, thermal insulation of ceilings, replacement of frames with new aluminium openings, interventions in the heating system, insulation of pipes, installation of ceiling fans, replacement of the lighting with new Led type.The operation of the operation is expected to reduce the energy consumption of the building and reduce CO2 emissions through the upgrading of the Energy Performance Category of the building, while at the same time the upgrading of the thermal comfort conditions and, by extension, the quality of the school. L’opération concerne la modernisation énergétique du bâtiment de la 6e école primaire de Karditsa. Il s’agit d’un bâtiment scolaire existant de la classe d’énergie D, qui devrait être reclassé en catégorie B en améliorant ses caractéristiques énergétiques. Isolation thermique des surfaces extérieures, isolation thermique du toit, remplacement des cadres par de nouvelles ouvertures en aluminium, interventions dans le système de chauffage, isolation des tuyaux, installation de ventilateurs de plafond, remplacement des appareils d’éclairage avec un nouveau type Led.De l’opération, il est prévu de réduire la consommation d’énergie du bâtiment et de réduire les émissions de CO2 grâce à la mise à niveau de la catégorie Efficacité énergétique du bâtiment, tout en améliorant les conditions de confort thermique et, par extension, l’amélioration qualitative des conditions de fonctionnement de l’école et de la vie des élèves et du personnel éducatif.
