Kako bi ojačala svoju tržišnu poziciju na visokokonkurentnom tržištu, turistička agencija Direct Booker prepoznala je prostor za razvoj vlastitog poslovanja kroz unaprjeđenje internih procesa. Cilj predmetnog projekta je implementacija poslovnih rješenja specifičnih za djelatnost on line putničkih agencija koja trebaju omogućiti podršku iznajmljivačima, podršku zaposlenicima u IT odjelu. Navedeno rješenje bit će razvijeno kako bi doprinijelo daljnjem razvoju poslovanja, unaprjeđenju komunikacije s klijentima te učinkovitijoj organizaciji poslovanja Prijavitelja. (Croatian)

In order to strengthen its market position in a highly competitive market, Direct Booker has recognised the space to develop its own business through the improvement of internal processes. The aim of the project is to implement the activities specific to the activity on line travel agencies which need to provide support to the operators, support staff in the IT unit. This solution will be developed to contribute to further developing business, improving communication with customers and more efficient organisation of the applicant business. (English)

Afin de renforcer sa position sur le marché hautement concurrentiel, l’agence de voyages Direct Booker a reconnu l’espace pour le développement de ses propres activités grâce à l’amélioration des processus internes. L’objectif de ce projet est de mettre en œuvre des solutions commerciales spécifiques aux activités des agences de voyages en ligne qui devraient apporter un soutien aux locataires, soutenir les employés du service informatique. Cette solution sera développée afin de contribuer à la poursuite du développement des affaires, d’améliorer la communication avec les clients et d’accroître l’efficacité de l’organisation des activités du demandeur.
