Projekt je usmjeren na rješavanje glavnog problema, odnosno primarno loše efektivnosti i neefikasnosti koja dovodi do gubitaka u proizvodnji, što direktno utječe na konkurentnost i razvoj poduzeća Spiroflex d.o.o. Uvođenje međunarodno priznatog LEAN sustava upravljanja poslovnim procesima i kvalitetom riješiti će se glavni problem te će rezultirati edukacijom zaposlenika, povećanjem produktivnost rada, boljim planiranjem proizvodnje i procesa, nižim troškovima održavanja, smanjenjem troškova za 20%, povećanje prihoda za 15%, skraćenje vremena izmjene alata na strojevima, vizualno ljepšim izgledom tvornice. Projekt će direktno omogućiti rast i razvoj poduzeća Spiroflex d.o.o. te postizanje konkurentnosti na domaćem i inozemnom tržištu. (Croatian)

The project is aimed at addressing the main problem, namely primarily poor effects and non-efficacy leading to production losses, which has a direct impact on the competitiveness and development of the Spyroflex d.o.o. deployment of an internationally recognised Flight Management System and the quality will solve the main problem, and will result in employees learning, labour productivity, better production planning and processes, lower maintenance costs, reduction of costs by 20 %, reduction of revenue time for machinery, visual adhesive to the factory appearance. The project will directly benefit the growth and development of the Szpyrolex d.o.o. and achieve competitiveness both domestically and abroad. (English)

Le projet vise à résoudre le problème principal, c’est-à-dire principalement la mauvaise efficacité et l’inefficacité qui conduit à des pertes de production, ce qui affecte directement la compétitivité et le développement de la société Spiroflex d.o.o. L’introduction du processus commercial LEAN reconnu à l’échelle internationale et le système de gestion de la qualité résoudront le problème principal et entraîneront la formation des employés, augmentera la productivité du travail, une meilleure planification de la production et du processus, des coûts d’entretien moins élevés, une réduction des coûts de 20 %, une augmentation des revenus de 15 %, une réduction du temps de changement de la machine-outil, visuellement plus belle apparence de l’usine. Le projet permettra directement la croissance et le développement de Spiroflex d.o.o. et la réalisation de la compétitivité sur les marchés nationaux et étrangers. (French)
