Στο πλαίσιο της υλοποίησης του προτεινόμενου επενδυτικού σχεδίου η επιχείρηση θα εφαρμόσει απαρέγκλιτα, το σύνολο των υποχρεώσεων της αναφορικά με τους Κανόνες Δημοσιότητας, όπως ορίζονται και προβλέπονται από το θεσμικό πλαίσιο της Προκήρυξης. Αναλυτικότερα:? θα παρέχει στον διαδικτυακό της τόπο, εάν υπάρχει, σύντομη περιγραφή της πράξης, ανάλογη προς το επίπεδο της στήριξης, που θα περιλαμβάνει τους στόχους και τα αποτελέσματά της, επισημαίνονταςτη χρηματοδοτική συνδρομή από την Ένωση, και να προβάλλοντας το έμβλημα της Ένωσης, με αναφορά στην Ένωση και το διαρθρωτικό Ταμείο που στηρίζει την πράξη, σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές που θα υποδειχθούν. ? θα τοποθετήσει σε εμφανές σημείο αφίσα, σύμφωνα με τον σχετικό Επικοινωνιακό Οδηγό 2014-2020 (σε ελάχιστο μέγεθος A3) αναφορικά με τη συνδρομή του Διαρθρωτικού Ταμείου στην υλοποίησητης Πράξης, σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές που θα υποδειχθούν ? θα τοποθετήσει στον διαδικτυακό της τόπο, σε ορατή θέση κατά την είσοδο σε αυτόν, καθώς και μέσα στο πλαίσιο της οθόνης μιας ψηφιακής συσκευής, το έμβλημα της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης με τη σχετική αναφορά στην Ένωση και το Διαρθρωτικό Ταμείο, τα λογότυπα του ΕΣΠΑ και του ΕΠΑνΕΚ, χωρίς να απαιτείται ο χρήστης να κυλήσει τη σελίδα προς τα κάτω. - θα αποδεχτεί τη συμπερίληψή της στο κατάλογο των πράξεων του Ε.Π. που δημοσιοποιεί η Ειδική Υπηρεσία Διαχείρισης του Ε.Π. (ή εναλλακτικά ο ΕΦ), στις διαδικτυακές πύλες www.antagonistikotita.gr,www.espa.gr, www.efepae.gr, κατά τα προβλεπόμενα στο άρθρο 115 και στο Παράρτημα ΧΙΙ του Καν. 1303/2013, και στο οποίο αναφέρονται: η ονομασία του Δικαιούχου και της πράξης, σύνοψη της πράξης, ημερομηνία έναρξης της πράξης, καταληκτική ημερομηνία πράξης, συνολική επιλέξιμη δαπάνη, ποσοστό συγχρηματοδότησης, ταχυδρομικός κώδικας, ή άλλη κατάλληλη ένδειξη της τοποθεσίας, χώρα, ονομασία της κατηγορίας παρέμβασης της πράξης. In the context of the implementation of the proposed investment plan, the company will apply strictly the entirety of its obligations regarding the Rules of Procedure, as defined and provided for in the institutional framework of the Notice. In more detail, it will provide its website, if any, with a brief description of the operation, proportional to the level of support, including its objectives and results, indicating the financial contribution from the Union, and displaying the Union emblem, with a reference to the Union and the structural fund supporting the operation, in accordance with the specifications to be indicated. It will place a poster, in accordance with the relevant Communication Guide 2014-2020 (minimum size A3) on the contribution of the Structural Fund to the implementation of the Act, in accordance with the specifications indicated; it will place on its website, in a visible position upon entry to it, as well as within the context of the screen of a digital device, the emblem of the European Union, with the relevant reference to the Union and the Structural Fund, to be required to the ESA and the user. It will accept its inclusion in the list of operations published by the Special Management Service (or alternatively the E.P.) on the web portals www.antagonistikotita.gr,www.espa.gr, as provided for in Article 115 and Annex XII of the Reg. Article of Regulation (EEC) No 1303/2013 and to which they refer: The name of the beneficiary and the operation, summary of the operation, starting date of operation, closing date of operation, total eligible expenditure, co-financing rate, postal code, or other appropriate indication of the location, country, name of the intervention category of the operation.
