Předmětem projektu je realizovat energeticky úsporná opatření. Jejich realizací dojde ke snížení energetické náročnosti budovy, dojde k úsporám energií a i provozních prostředků. Celkově bude mít projekt pozitivní dopad na ŽP. Budova slouží k ubytování starších občanů jako penzion pro seniory. (Czech)
