Cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti objektu č. p. 400 na Ostravici, okres Frýdek-Místek. Jedná se o bytový dům v centru obce, obdélníkového půdorysu o třech NP a jednom PP, který je zastřešen mansardovou střechou. Dům obsahuje 9 bytů a v 1. NP se nachází informační centrum a kadeřnictví. V rámci rekonstrukce objektu dojde k zlepšení tepelně-technických parametrů stavebních konstrukcí pomocí zateplení obvodového pláště, mansard, stropu, soklu, výměny střešní krytiny a výměny oken. The aim of the project is to reduce the energy intensity of the object no. 400 in Ostravica, Frýdek-Místek district. It is an apartment building in the center of the village, a rectangular floor plan with three floors and one PP, which is covered by a mansard roof. The house contains 9 apartments and in 1. There is an information centre and hairdresser. Within the framework of the reconstruction, the thermal-technical parameters of construction structures will be improved by thermal insulation, mansards, ceiling, plinth, roof covering and window replacement.
